    There are all sorts of headless tuners available with varying degrees of quality. Found these while looking for a headless headstock.     My local luthier charges £45 per hour. Pretty sure that @Andyjr1515 would have spent more than 20 hours working on this, never mind the cost of materials. Makes this an unbelievable bargain. GLWTS

    Bought one recently...and I was sober!! It was local and not expensive but I still should have known better. GLWTS.

    I played a headless version at the LBGS a few years. Very impressed. They feel like a quality bass from the off.

    You've paid for a "perfect " example so that's what you should get. I'd be reluctant to go through the rigmarole of returning it TBH so would negotiate with the seller - but a £30 voucher isn't negotiating in my mind - the cost of the courier is half that, somebody's time to arrange for collection, etc and they're almost even. Refund may be the way to go if they don't want to be customer focused.
