I have a Boss GT-6B bass effects pedal and was just wondering is there any chance i could connect this dierctly to a mixer instead of using a DI box?? Cheers
If it has an XLR input, yes - otherwise no Any reason you want to connect directly yourself?

Get an X3 live and spend some time playing with the patches to get it how you want it - tweak it at rehearsal too when you'd probably play at volumes "as live"? I play in an electronica band and have my set list programmed into the pedal (one patch per song) - perhaps a little OTT but with lots of different little tweaks here and there (delay times for example), it worked a treat! P.S I've got a Line 6 LD150 for sale here if you fancied one instead of the LD110?!?!? (Sorry to semi-hijack the thread)
How flexible are youon the price? Any floor controllers? Cheers The Marlin
No floor controllers, price is listed as £150 or near offer so the implication of some flexibility is there! Make me an offer! (Might be good to update your profile page too, see you're new here so would be good to know a bit about you)

EDIT EDIT: on hold pending payment! Edit: no longer just thinking about moving this on, she's gotta go so here's the "lowdown" ;-) A cracking combo which I bought from Tanuki on this forum (here's his original ad - http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...4&hl=LD150) I've used it to play my NSCR5 (with the amp models turned off) through but am now thinking about some other amp options... this beauty remains a brilliant, loud little combo with lots of tone options though, the tilt back design is dead handy too Features: 5 Amp Models: Clean, R&B, Rock, Brit and Grind 5 Bass Effects: Synth, Compressor, Envelope Filter, Octaver and Chorus Deep Switch XLR Direct Out With Bass POD Modeling 4 Programmable Channel Memories Headphone Out Jam along CD/MP3 1/8 in. input Built-In Chromatic Tuner Looking for £150 or near offer. Live in Bristol but work in Chipping Norton so could meet/deliver if on my route?
These are such good basses, I played a similar one in PMT in Manchester a couple of weeks ago and I just couldn't get over the definition on the thing. I've played basses in excess of £2000 which couldn't touch these for tone and versitillaty. If you're looking for a bass that will do pretty much anything then I'd say you won't go too far wrong with this. A pleasure to play and the sound was huuuuge. Oh and a big plus, theres no volume differential on the Lo B! It sounds just as good as the rest of the strings! Amazing bass! Good luck with the sale matey! I doubt you'll be waiting too long for a sale on this. Ad
I've got one and boy is it ace! Can't recommend them highly enough for ANY style you play
