  1. Did you have the scratchplate made?
  2. If had been fretless would be after this too.
  3. Thanks. If only I could play it half as well as it deserves!
  4. I had the lined fretless version. I found the piezo weak volume-wise and the overall tone a bit thin for my liking but super lightweight and a nice feel from the neck. Not a bad purchase if bought 2nd hand.
  5. Strange. I copied the page link but because it has ended it goes to another auction. Anyway, the MIM jazz sold on its 'Buy It Now' price of £130.
  6. It sold quickly. https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/322813983940
  7. Best fretless I ever owned was a Westone Thunder 1A. Massively underated basses. Those are crazy looking strings.
  8. Certainly has that Klaus Voorman vibe about it. A bit of foam under the bridge and away you go!
  9. Is it like the pitch of a piccolo bass?
  10. Fender Jazz MIM bargain https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/322813983940
  11. Talk about roadworn! Looks great.
  12. Nice contrast with the gold hardware.
  13. Tanglewood TW133 ASM parlour size acoustic guitar. All mahogony. End-pin jack socket suitable for connecting to internal pickup. Small but loud. Lovely action and currently strung with 10 gauge strings. Used to have a plastic pickguard but this is long gone. Can sometimes see its outline on the guitar but does not affect sound or playability whatsoever. Easy enough to apply a new one if so desired but I think the symmetry of the guitar is nicer without. Only mod made by me being a lefty was to have position markers put on opposite side of fingerboard. Being a bass player, it's not getting used much. Collection prefered.
  14. A rare and beautiful bass. Fantastic condition for an instrument made in 1986. I would say it is almost mint. Harmonics ring like a bell and sustain to die for. This model has controls Volume/ Pickup Pan/ Treble-Bass Blend. Currently strung with roundwounds 40, 60, 80, 100. Would expect anyone seriously interested to want to play the bass. No case. Collection possible if courier arranged and paid for by buyer. Price drop to £2250
  15. Wouldn't put me off if it's a player.
  16. My lefty '57 CIJ P was one of my favourite basses. Only sold it to fund a smaller 32" medium scale one. Still looking mind you.
  17. Thats a lot of Basses. Surprised you didnt name the cat Peavey. He looks cool.
  18. Looks a nice one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/332384725126
