I've just picked up a warwick rockbass corvette and it's bloomin marvelous. It's in mint condition virtually unplayed and it cost £150. I'm well chuffed with it.

I'm looking for a high tension set of strings as I like the low action. Any recommendations?

A friend at work has offered me what I think is a cracking deal An Ashdown little giant 350 + a 1x15 home made cab with an eminence big cat speaker inside for £100. I don't know much about amps an cabs so I'm wondering if its worth it?

I'm looking for an amp as I dont really like the sound of my roland cube 30. I haven't got a big budget at the moment as I've just had an extension built. Anyway. A friend of mine has a cab I can have for £50 and I'm looking for a cheap amp to go with it. I've been looking at a Harley Benton BA250H are these any good or would my money be better spent elsewhere?

He's had it for years and has travelled around europe with it in a band called SEX so its a little tatty but works well. What I'm asking, as I dont know anything about amps and cabs is, are these speakers anygood and is it worth it? Thanks guys

Well the exam is done. Tbh I'm a little disappointed as I didn't play anywhere near a well as I can. Oh well fingers crossed

I just had a mock exam and scored 76%
