A couple of years ago I bought a Westfield Mini Precision, 25" scale, with the intention of giving it to one of my Grandchildren but they have showed no interest so I keep it in my workshop for the occasional noodle. It would be ideal for a youngster.

Cheapest way to do it is to prepare some paper labels and then anchor them to the cable with clear heat shrink. I have mine done 500 at a time.

Depends on quantity. There is usually an artwork set-up charge and then cost per unit, the more you have done the cheaper it is. What are you wanting to do?

Assuming that the cable is of adequate rating, the lowest rated item in the lead is the IEC connector. Most IEC connectors are rated at 10A so a 10A fuse is perfect.

Earlier this year I sent 15 dead ones back to Neutrik and they were replaced. They've changed the construction of the latest ones and they are much more reliable. I'm happy to supply just the jacks if any member wants to DIY.

I would remove and reseat all the valves as a first step. If no change then it is probably one of the power valves that is dodgy. Ideally you need to get to look at it with an oscilloscope.
