It would look gorgeous! -
I was not intending to correct your usage, which I took to have a clear meaning. I understood 'their', being plural in form, to refer to the rest of the band and that you were making a joke about the rest of the band also having a preferred key. Hence my rubbish joke about correcting it to 'his' preferred key. I did sexistly assume it was a male so, in this case, 'his or her' would be correct usage and 'their' is incorrect through ambiguity.
Oh sorry I did not realise that. I apologise.

Also just thought to add, It makes an audible click when I either full boost or cut it but only when first plugged in.

I'll take one tomorrow and post it up here Thank you for your help thus far!

Would that be a picture of it in the body or with it taken out?
-
If you could do that, it would be wonderful. Not sure if it would help but you never know

Hey I have a Yamaha TRB5 made in 1994 and unfortunately the treble pot does not work. I was wondering if anyone had the original preamp diagram? Or if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this? That would be brilliant. Cheers Myke

I love them both and I'm only 18 so I was nowhere near born in the 80s -
Corrected it for you.
How do you know it's a guy? In this situation 'Their' is correct

Has 24 Hour Drinking Affected the Live Music Scene?
One benefit of the smoking ban now has been that when you buy a used bass, it probably won't stink of smoke. I've had one or two second hand basses in the past that reeked of Febreeze and stale smoke. Not pleasant!
This happened to me about a month ago. Not nice -
I prefer to read in Gb when it comes to the loadsa accidentals key sigs- I find Cbs easier to read
Really? I kept reading it as C as it's on the line but tbh, I'm only getting started with the reading thing so that doesn't surprise me
Oh, that Cb can be a right B******.
Not the most technical, but I managed to get at least 3 separate influences into this one, Dolly Dynamite, by The Tuesday Club: Song starts at 1m35 (and although the heading is New Glamour, that`s the second song on this clip) Edit - forgot to add, on the day it was just the band playing live, although all went through the huge sound-system at Loaded TV. Our producer works for Loaded TV, so he has a very good measure of the sound required. Re the writing, I didn`t consciously use the influences, that`s just how the lines came out, virtually the first time we rehearsed the song. Bbut once I heard the recorded version I though "Oh, that`s a bit so-and-so". Originally in the song the middle however-many was just one-hit chords, but because of my bass-line we adapted it a bit.
This one. It comes from the murders of serial killer Dennis Nilsen. The straight ahead verse parts are him cutting the bodies up in a controlled manner, the chorus is the boiled body parts floating to the bottom of the sea, (he flushed the boiled body parts down the toilet in the hope they would enter the water system). I used a Gibson Thunderbird, played upside down and strung left handed, through an Ampeg SVT II into a Marshall 4x12" guitar cab. It was recorded at Ed's Garage in Camden on old German valve equipment into the very desk that "I'm Not In love" was recorded on by 10cc.. Teo Miller engineered, (Daisy Chainsaw).
I really like this! -
Don't go stealing my ideas, Myke... IF THAT IS YOUR REAL NAME!? Joking aside- thanks for taking an interest!
Don't worry I won't I couldn't even if I wanted to.. Skint atm And yes it is.. almost... It's Mike No problem, I really want to build a bass my self so I'm learning all I can atm

This is a really interesting design I know nothing about anything to do with building and pickups etc. so won't offer any opinions except on the look of the thing but I will keep my eye on this! Topic followed

Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes. You just got to love Paul Simon and the whole of the Graceland album.
