I had a '73 4001 fretless mapleglo and it had dot markers on the neck. As Beedster said, the tone when played with a pick was awesome. I used round wounds though and loved the sound of them.

I gave Wilko a break considering his recent health problems, I was just glad he's still here. I was disappointed with Norman though, he was all over the place and the drummer was crap. I expect they had had a few visits to the free bar IMO.
