  1. 100 Miles and runnin' - NWA
  2. Master Blaster - Stevie Wonder
  3. Just had a look on the website and it's showing the wrong time and date; I'd prefer one that actually works for that sort of money.
  4. What, Country & Women?!?

    possible

to buy a R*ck*nb*ck*r copy from this very boutique.
  6. Yeppers, it's one f the best sounding venues in Manchester. Seen loads of bands there and the sound has always been excellent, in fact I saw Ms Amos when she was touring her Strange little girls album at the Apollo. Amazing night.
  7. I’ve routed for, and fitted, MM pickups to all 3 of my basses, so it made sense for me to use an active EQ pedal for the times that I need the Stingray tone, saves 3 lots of circuitry and 3 lots of batteries.
  8. Welcome on board chief, your gear will cost more and be heard less. ☹️
  9. Is that Dana International, or the lesser, provincial kind?
  10. Zoom MS60B will do it - I think 4 effects at once, so amp &cab sim as one, then anything else you want to add.
  11. Are you sure it’s ebony? Sounds a bit soft.
  12. Dancin' Fool - FZ
  13. My favourite preamp right there!
  14. Yes, the sort of money that changes hands for Hifi stuff is obscene, and second only to Basschat's illustrious marketplace.
  15. I bought Californication on vinyl, and it’s mastered too hot for my turntable; I have to adjust the counterweight on the tonearm unless I want the stylus jumping out of the grooves. Led Zeppelin remasters on vinyl sound sublime though.
  16. Best EQ pedal ever.
  17. Just running a passive DI box backwards (balanced out of your DAW into the XLR socket, unbalanced out to your amp using guitar lead) will do it.
  18. Yeppers. Wire the signal to the tip, and the ground to the sleeve, you can ignore the ring.
  19. Absolutely don’t forget the thermal paste - don’t be shy when putting it on either!
  20. Step on - Happ Ymon Days
  21. Agreed, sometimes the jack socket itself can fail, or the conductive surface of the pins can tarnish over time, leading to poor signal conductance.
  22. Or try plugging your bass lead in and out f the socket repeatedly. Could also be a dry joint on the board.
  23. Liar - Megadave 🤘
  24. I’m a boy - the ‘oo
  25. Great for slide bass though.
