  1. Yeppers. Wire the signal to the tip, and the ground to the sleeve, you can ignore the ring.
  2. Absolutely don’t forget the thermal paste - don’t be shy when putting it on either!
  3. Step on - Happ Ymon Days
  4. Agreed, sometimes the jack socket itself can fail, or the conductive surface of the pins can tarnish over time, leading to poor signal conductance.
  5. Or try plugging your bass lead in and out f the socket repeatedly. Could also be a dry joint on the board.
  6. Liar - Megadave 🤘

  8. Great for slide bass though.
  9. Timmy C - check out the Wakrat album, it’s awesome.
  10. Yup, that’s the top switch
  11. Same as the Tri-Logic mk2, so low is 90Hz +/- 15dB mid is 400/800Hz +/- 12dB treble is 10kHz +/- 13dB
  12. These are probably my favourite of Fender’s recent output! 😍
  13. If you're handy with an iron then you can swap the 33k (I think) resistor between pin 2 of the opamp and the gain pot - this sets the minimum gain of the unit. Easier to buy a Spark though - those things are great.
  14. Salut! Bienvenue à BC!
  15. Hi, they have been on a fretted P with a 'standard' fender bridge. There's not much wear on the strings as it's my 'corner' bass, and sits redundant more often than not. Cheers, Paul
  16. Plus, as a professional, it’s tax-deductible…
  17. Ikr, she’s still moving her mouth after she’s finished singing!
  18. How far away are you standing from your amp? low frequency sound has some looooonnnggggg wavelengths, could be that standing further (20ft or so) away from your amp might help you to experience more ‘bass’.
  19. swap instruments?

  21. …and a shed load of patience, dedication and a big stick with all nails in it.
  22. I disagree. It's dreadful, but at least he's gone the 'whole 9 yards' and accessorised it with a mullet too. Marks for effort.
  23. What amp and/cab are you using? ampeg cabs have a natural bump at about 200Hz which always helped my jazzes deliver massive amounts of low end whenever I’ve played. Currently I’ve got a custom bass cab with a sub woofer in it and it’s equally deep.
