2. Just sold a few bass bits to this fine chap, smooth deal, no worries! Would happily deal again

GT6B Effects setup

Take a look here for the basics: http://cms.rolandus.com/assets/media/pdf/GT-6B_Q&A.pdf I had one many moons ago, you can certainly assign several effects to each patch and program a patch to one of the switches. Have fun and be patient with it, as with all multi effects there is a learning curve, but its a pretty cool unit!
4. What size was the pedal?? Many possibilities without any further info to narrow it down!
5. Take a look at the Iron Ether Frantabit if you don't want something musical
6.
Then you're very lucky, never had anything turn up that quick from the states. Yup Joes Pedals has just had a big order: http://www.joespedal...ous_Pedals.html Si
Really? Fair enough! Well, Iron Ether posted a pedal to me last Friday, so i shall report back when i receive it! But if it doesn't come today or tomorrow (customs pending) i will be suprised.
7.
I order mine end of May. It was shipped out about 2 and a half weeks ago. Should be here any day.
Blimey, what service does he use? Bought quite a lot from US this year and nothing has taken longer than a week to arrive, using Priority. Even quicker with Express!
8. Have you tried a Dingwall through your own equipment, set up to your liking? The only real way you could say that you prefer the tone over your Roscoe.
9. Anxious credit card examinations have determined that i should really sell this, which makes me feel really bummed out £1075 for the head. £675 for the cab. £1650 the pair. All collected from leamington spa, but other arrangement can be made if you let me know. Well still listen to trade offers.
10. Have just taken these on an impulse trade but its really far too powerful and large for what I need so with regret I am offering them for sale. Purchase October 2012, head is a custom model with the Red front panel to match the vintage cab styling. It is a monster of an amp and is everything you could want in a valve amp. I just need something smaller and a little more modern. Mint condition, small scratch on the tilt handle on the cab but otherwise 'as new'. To shamelessly steal from the original sale post (Sorry Col!): The amp is pristine and more or less brand new with Roqsolid covers and stored properly at home. Ashdown say: Amp: http://www.ashdownmu...Valve/9/CTM300/ Cab: http://ashdownmusic....Valve/17/CL610/ Very keenly priced at £1850 cash as the 2013/2014 list is over £3k. In terms of trades, will consider any high end bass gear, whether it be a bass (no 6 strings please) or amps/cabs (no similar amps/cabs please!), either straight trade or cash my way. The custom shop lads made a worldclass job of repainting the chassis to Candy Apple Red which works sooo well with the existing grill cloth its unreal. The sound....well its just heavenly. This will be collection only due to size, but if absolutely necessary I could possibly arrange delivery within an hour or so from Leamington Spa. Happy to split if required. [s]Trade value is £1850 and would only really be interested in a bass/smaller rig plus cash. Will sell the pair for £1750 £1650 £1600 cash, happy to split[/s] Head is now sold so just the cab left, [s]£675[/s] [s]£650[/s] £550 collected from Leamington. May be prepared to meet somewhere but this will not be couriered due to size/weight. 11. Should mention that i am looking for a punchy tone, something that will accomdate funk as well as rock, if such a cab exists
12. Just taken delivery of this Amp yesterday, complete beast! Currently use with a CL610, however I feel it is just too large for my needs, as a non gigging bass player. Does anyone have any recommendations for smaller bass cabs that would be suitable?? Would obviously need to match the head (I.e. not narrower than the head) and the lighter the weight the better. I may just keep the 610 as its not like I have to haul it to gigs every weekend, but it would be better to have something smaller.
13. Reverb is great for solo bass, really thickens out the sound, and obviously given its an iron ether it goes way out there into spacey madness
14. Col just drove all the way to the midlands to trade his Ashdown Rig for my W&T, nice chap, smooth deal and we both seem happy!
15. Haha! Great pedals! Just in a weird place with effects, keep yoyoing between having a massive board or just my B7K! So at the moment, reverb isn't something I absolutely need so it has to go

17. THE best green/civil war muff clone out there. Period. Fantastic fuzz, really captures the magic of an original civil war muff. I have owned 2 so like to think I have a fairly good idea of what it should sound like Selling as I have decided I don't need a muff tone at the moment, otherwise it wouldn't be going anywhere! Only a couple of months old, brand new condition (no Velcro!) and comes with box/manual. £140 shipped to UK, no trades please. Cheers.
18. Perhaps!

20. Would be more sensible, but i'm not sensible
21. Well, i am about to own a rather powerful valve amp and 6x10 cab, and i'm going to want to practice with it at home. Not talking stupidly loud volumes here, but im expecting a fair amount of sound and vibration to travel. And i live in a terraced house. Not ideal. Anyone have any tips to reduce vibrations/sound leaving the room? I am not in a position to soundproof a room or do anything drastic, but any tips would be great. I guess the best start would be something to put the amp atop of to absorb the vibrations?
