1. I have a feeling it wouldn't translate too well for bass, never tried one though.
2.
Sonuus Wahoo? It doesn't take up much more room than a separate filter and expression pedal and is the most versatile filter there is. Since it has dual filters, you can set it to do the vowel sounds on City Of Delusion controlled by either envelope, pedal, or LFO, or a combination, and even mix in some clean blend and add a bit of drive. They were on sale recently too direct from Sonuus, and there might be one for sale used on here too if it hasn't sold already.
I would like to try one, but the sheer complexity of it completely puts me off. Would definitely like to try one but wouldn't consider buying one unless i had a go on it.
3. What looper pedal buddy?
4. That is a great demo of that pedal, i couldn;t get mine to sound that good Great pedal, really quite unique and even has an output you can plug into a guitar amp for the real illusion of a rhythm guitarist!
5. I do fancy this, i just can't justify it at the moment! Grrr...
6. Cheapest bass award?? I'd have it if i was local! Funny, your description is about my experience of any Fender Precision I've tried... *runs!*
7. All but my SubT were bought through Prymaxe Vintage, all got through customs to my home address without being caught in the net Although i take it you bought from eBay? As i see they have a few left on there, but they don't stock IE anymore as Taylor apparently put his prices up.
8.
Hahah i know! Was so tempted to take a loan out! Just because I want a Xerograph...and Nimbus...and Frantabit...and SubT.... swear Taylor will bankrupt me!
The Frantabit is my latest GAS! Would look good alongside my Nimbus, Xerograph dlx, SubT and Polytope... Just a shame the Oxide can't really deal with high output actives, just too much string noise on the gated settings for me. Anyways, back on topic...get a Xerograph
9. The Xerograph Deluxe is a great pedal However, if you are ordering direct from Iron Ether, do yourself a favour and don't look at any of the others, as you will do what i did and order 4 or 5 more! :
10. Just come back from London with a new Aguilar setup, courtesy of Ray! Nice chap, great gear! Would recommend!
11. Ah needs 12v. Look at the DC Maplins power supplies.
12. The valve pre will mean it would certainly need at least 1A I would think, althought I would be very surprised if it needed 3A!! Try a one spot, 1200ma IIRC so should do the trick.
13. Pm'd
14. Here is a sure sign of how slow the market really is at the moment. I have never seen a Darkglass last this long, this pedal is just fantastic, a real step above the B3K aka greatest overdrive pedal ever built for bass

Iron Ether Subterranea

No sign yet! It wont cover Poly synth sounds if you mean more than one note at a time, tis analogue . Sound samples in a similar Iron Ether rig to mine sound pretty awesome over on Talkbass... 16. Link to the eBay listing? May be more info on the bass there!
17. How long are the RJ45's?
18. Still here! Can see someone is also selling a 112 MBX extension cab that will match this combo perfectly, great little rig and a lot louder than you may think!
19.
Bit of a board update...
I like that board alot

GT6B Effects setup

Take a look here for the basics: http://cms.rolandus.com/assets/media/pdf/GT-6B_Q&A.pdf I had one many moons ago, you can certainly assign several effects to each patch and program a patch to one of the switches. Have fun and be patient with it, as with all multi effects there is a learning curve, but its a pretty cool unit!
