1. I would give the 3 leaf wonderlove a try, excellent and very versatile filter.
2. I may already have done mate I'm afraid....although I bet he has had a few as they sell like wildfire when they go up!
3.
Yeah I'll post my findings. Going on videos from Youtube, it seem the W+C has a bit more of a gritty sound and is less gain that the BGP (which is what I'm looking for) so we'll see!
Sounds good! I run my B3K into the BGP and i get a good level of grittyness in the tone that way, but the temptation to pick up a W+C to compare is pretty high!
4. Great start! With second hand prices still so low i'm sure you can grab yourself a german Warwick with a little investment
5.
Good comparison of them here: http://pedalsandeffe...nathan-hischke/
Interesting. Kinda sad that he brushed over the Arc so briefly without messing with the dip switches. Also seemed to have the volume lower than the Wren & Cuff which made it sound like it had less 'umph' in the video, but you can at least get from the video that the clarity on the Arc seems better, assuming they have the tone knobs equal. I'd like to try the Wren & Cuff but the Arc is truly my favourite muff clone i have tried and certainly the closest to the original, allbeit with much more low end and tone options. Umcoo, i'll be interested to hear how you get on!
6. Sorry to bump this, but now experiencing the same issue with my Big Green Pi and its seems the volume drop is resolved with a buffer pedal after the pedal in the loop. , Now, unlike the Mesa, the green pi has enough gain available to crank the volume to make up for the volume loss so i can have the OC-2 at the beginning of the chain where it should be. Is the volume loss the only thing i have to worry about? I cannot hear a tonal difference or any other problems but id like to make sure before i go about using and recording with it only to find i am not getting the best sound i can.
7. I would recommend looking at the Arc Effects Big Green Pie, excellent tall font clone with a superb enclosure and a couple of switches inside offering more than just the stock muff sound. Haven't tried the W&C Tall font but it certainly blows the pickle pie out of the water for me.
8. Now on eBay for £190 plus shipping. Remains £170 shipped on here, £150 shipped without GE valves.
9. It is frustrating when they all sounds IDENTICAL but have different prices because of where they are from. All a bit racist really
10. Bump. Price drop to £170 shipped including all 4 valves. I wont be going any lower than this

12. Still available a stock one sold on eBay for £175 a few days ago so it's likely I will stick it on if it hasn't sold by Sunday

14. Up for sale I have a Team Awesome Fuzz Machine. Not had for long, Swiss Army knife of fuzz pedals, superb sound and tonal options but I don't have a use for one at the moment. In great condition, bit of Velcro on the bottom and a couple of cosmetic marks but nothing major. On the left here: £Sold insured shipped in the UK.
15. Great price for the best bass od available, and an unbeliebable deal if you have an mxr!!
16. A couple of trade offers appear to have fizzled out so still available!
17. How is the Pwnzor?
18. Gorgeous, great price for what I'm sure is an excellent bass. Would love to have a play on her to compare to my 90' model
19. I enjoy the B3k after my Ultra Fuzz, but after much tinkering I hav decided I prefer the sound of it going into the fuzz, just takes it to another level, so much gain! And the B3K works great before the tafm as the two volume control let you balance the overdriven tone and fuzz Havnt tried a tall font muff but I imagine it will be the same experience I have with the ultra fuzz when putting the B3K before it, but whatever sounds good dude!
20. Try the B3K before it too
21. Done, GAS free for the moment, sick of buying and selling! All are these best of their type that I have owned I think, great stuff
22. They will not fit a jazz bass headstock I'm afraid. They are, however, unused and like new providing you have the right headstock layout
