It is indeed, mind you, it isnt a hardship holding on to her as she is a gem. I'd just like something other than this as my other basses cover the jobs this one does. Expanding the toolbox so to speak
Can't expand more than a 6 string Warwick Bump!

Hi there, Been playing bass for about 4 years, not really made much progress in all honesty, so think its about time i got a bit of general tutoring by a bass-specific tutor (no guitar players please!). I don't drive so would really need to be in either of these towns. Whilst i need to refine my basic bass playing, I also play a 6 string Warwick and so would like to learn how to play it properly Anyone available?

Food for thought indeed, although i like my MEC preamp so that either means i'll REALLY love this, or the opposite... -
A very rare Squier JV Series Precision on eBay
i got a better P bass than Fender USA for about the same as a current MIJ. I'm not complaining.
Define better? Don't get me wrong, i have never tried one and have no basis to comment on playability/sound etc, but i am fairly sure there will be several modern USA fender precisions that will beat it hands down. Of course there is quality control to worry about, but of course everyone should play the bass before purchasing anyway so that wouldn't be an issue. -

A comment about them being 'Very Rare'.... everytime i have ever thought to look for one for sale, i have never had a problem. Just another P Bass that extreme hearsay has made them collectors/high earners instruments only -
Bump Need cash for xmas presents, so i will now sell it. However, i really cannot afford to lose any money on it, so il be asking what i paid, £60, plus shipping. No offers. If you can collect for £60 then its yours I will probably need to send via post office i.e. parcelforce (i know!) as working full time allows no opportunity for courier pick-up, so your probably looking at £75 total. Waiting for a forumer to get back to me who has first dibs on this, but currently still available

Up for trade is my Boss ME8B Wanted one of these for agggggges and i wasn't dissapointed, awesome synthy tones and, providing you don't use the internal sound source synths, the tracking is perfect all kinds of useful sounds within, not just the Zender-esque synthy filters that make it so sought after. I quite like the compressor, the delay is as good as the boss stand alone versions, octave works really well with the filters. All effects are fully wet/dry blendable too which is a big advantage It also has a very good tuner Pedal is in good condition, couple of dents in the plastic here and there but overall very good. The output jack does not like planet-wave type cables, seems to randomly trigger the manual switch, but with normal jacks it seems fine. Comes with original power supply. Right, i get bored easily and i don't really have a need for a multi effects pedal as i barely use any of it. Not looking to sell as the cash will just dissapear on bills and bus fares so looking to trade only. Looking at drive pedals, would be interested in something valvey. If someone wanted to throw a russian flavoured big muff id also be interested! Perhaps some form of high quality compressor could be involved in a deal. Not really interested in anything else cheers!

Got my Warwick on the scheme from Mark, couldn't quite get over paying £90 and walking away with a £900 instrument I fully recommend using it, there is no way i could have afforded the bass without it. And as its interest free, why not!! Although, as it does cost the retailer a small percentage, out of curtsey i wouldn't try and haggle with the price first, fairs fair!

Since getting my proline i have been completely converted to Warwick, particularly odd as i remember thinking i would never go back to wood after my graphite necked stingray cant see me cheating on it with another manufacturer any time soon, such good tone and playability
