1. pm'd on the boss also quite interested in the wah, although clueless on its value. Anyone?
2. Toyed with selling this before now, but financial issues and moving home have caused me to get as much money together as i can, so this has to go. Its been talked about before, very rare boost pedal with a great unique tone and the capability to blow any speaker Great as a dirty boost alone, superb at driving other pedals and amps. Simply a fantastic pedal. £60, plus a couple of quid for shipping. No haggling, as il keep it rather than let it go for less
3. i haveno reason to believe it isnt what he says it is, but then again i dont know much about fenders. One thing i do know, that looks f***ing awful, really awful, regardless of whether its 40 years old and sounds superb or not...
4. sounds like you need stronger velcro! What are you using?
5. came pretty close to buying one of these off ebay a while ago for around £350 iirc, gorgeous basses.
6.
Is this that Tobias that just sold on ebay?
looks like it, bargain to be had here then! What a lovely pair!

8. Just recorded this, straight into soundcard, no amp involved. Just a wee noodle, followed by sketchy suck my kiss riffage, higher gain parts are when i switch the hellbaby on.

here: http://cgi.ebay.es/Custom-Shop-Warwick-Inf...=item230393c084 LOTS of moolah, but a truly stunning bass. Personally id never think about giving that up for anything
10. i dont think he is about at the moment. If the octaver is still available i should have first dibs i think
11. The sunbursts are stunning. If any of you guys fancy selling a sunburst, give me a pm
12. i like the idea of that submarine, sounds nice, did you buy it new?
13. If it's collection only pretty much, might be worth saying where you are
14.
great pedals i'd recomend modding it and adding a mid control if you intend to hang onto it though!
hmm, yeah it would be a good mod (any details?), but would harm the value of it for resale, as they arn't exactly common
15.
From when I owned one http://www.grygrx.net/bass/tayste/Mesa%20Bottle%20Rocket.mp3
That seems to sound quite thinner and fizzy compared to my one, what valves did you have in yours?
16. They are discontinued of course, so eBay is probably the best way I might try and sort some sound clips out of the rocket with and without the hellbaby if I have time defo recommend trying one. The one on eBay is reasonably priced however I did get mine for less
17. currently fitted with the two mesa 12ax7's it came with, presumably. Might score some mullards for it though, although im very happy with the tone as it is
18. ...bloody brilliant. Picked one up last week, and its a great bit of kit. Much warmer than other valve pedals (DHA) i have owned, and has a great gain range. With my hellbaby before it, i have a brilliant 2 channel valve dirt sound which sounds better than anything iv previously owned. Im very happy with it, just thought id share!
19. the pic is a rick.... But yeah, listed in the musicman section is interesting
20.
Boo. Serves me right for not coming on until now. That's a steal!
Tell me about it... ah well, iv had my fair share of good buys on here so fairs fair
21. And replied. Just to confirm, this is absolutly the lowest il go, I'm already losing too much at 45 really, hence me preffering a trade for it's real value of about 60. But hey, needs must.
22. As said, preamp works fine, and outputs to headphones/mixer just fine. Had the thing open and looked at fuses, loose connections etc, and everything seems fine, fuses havn't blew(I found 3).
