1. tbf, id happily regard anyone who has spent £400+ on a bass whammy as being a complete tool.
2. looks a thru neck and an angle headstock from the pics on the listing. seems rather nice!
3. why has no-one mentioned the xp100? Has all the whammy setting of the bass whammy, plus alot more, and can be got for often cheaper than a 2nd hand wh4
4. did the seller inform you of this problem? If not, i suggest you kindly invite him to cover any costs to sort this problem out This is basically the same as the blx130 i used to own, and that was silent in operation.
5. Mate i think you need to be more specific about what you have got. Its already established that the electronics are not original, is the body itself a modulus body? i.e. is it a bitza bass, or a modded modulus?
6. is that comp actually usable with bass? The cs-3 of course isn't, but iv never used a cs-1...
7. looking sexy-as sarah I should get a pic up, you would all fall to your knees, man or woman...
8. okay someone can't take a joke.... perhaps my earlier comment was badly worded, i know exactly what i mean anyways, just clearly not transcribing my thoughts successfully.

Up to £500

an often repeated tip, stop thinking "iv got £500 to spend, what can i get" and just go out there and try as many basses as you can, without looking at prices. So many £250 basses will probably be more suited to you than other £500 basses.
12.
PM'd
no, post what your after here rather than behind closed doors
13. its just a greedy way of sellers trying to get the most they can get for their equipment, this isnt ebay. State a price, or what basses you wish to trade/trade guide price. I agree with whats been said above, iv seen plenty of basses on here i could see myself buying, but im not guessing a price.
14.
the justification of 'you can play fine without theory' is all very well, but what's to say that you wouldn't play that bit better with some knowledge? At the least it can't exactly make your playing worse, so what have you got to lose, except time, by learning basic theory?
ever considered the viewpoint that knowing theory may well cloud your judgement, cause you to overthink things and base your lines on what your told sounds right, rather than what your ears thinks sounds right?
15. OMGZ you ab0lutl3y mus1!!!!! Cant right musik wivout it!!!1!! if you have a good pair of ears and know what sounds right, why should theory matter? i know nothing, and i think im pretty good as i am
16. f*** f***ing f*** f***ing f*** f*** f*** f***ing f***er f***ing mother f***ing sh*t
17. i say f*** a lot, do i have Scottish heritage?
18. good to see bargains still around, a steal for whoever is the lucky buyer.
19. And I thought I was impatient!
20. At last
21. perhaps not nice, but fitting at present. Killing in the name, really easy line which i absolutly love playing with all kinds of ugly angry faces and violent movements
22. do you have it set up with a pretty high action, or is the camera angle/fretboard wood playing tricks on me? beautiful instrument.
23.
I can get photos if anyone's really interested.
tbf, i dont think anyone will be 'really interested' until you show them photos
24. ^^ very good. Also a great argument for active electronics in a bass. I just think though that the basses stock are too overpriced. Quality is poor, even if you do find one setup well.
