Is there no other cable in existance that would do the same thing? Really don't want to be paying 10 plus international shipping for something which may be found in maplins for loose change.

Any recommendations for fretboard/neck waxing? Was in there this afternoon, bought a second hand Warwick Corvette Proline 6, great experience and Mark even offered me a ride home, try finding that at soundcontrol.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but i have just bit the bullet and downloaded this for my iphone, and frankly iv found it to be rubbish! Cant really detect open E, no chance on open B, and its wobbly everywere else? Is there something you need to do with this thing before it works right? i also have the Guitar toolkit, which works just fine, ironically i bought this for the extra accuracy! Any recommendations?

Load of rubbish. Warwick will clearly be at least making their custom shop models in germany, they are still taking orders and advertising in bgm for a start. AFAIK it is just there standard corvettes.

Let us know how you get on mate I emailed the guy last week about the rick copy, very interested in it but at the moment i think 300 is too much until i see it getting positive reviews, although the maker does claim he gigs with one and has been for 2 months and thinks its great, but then he would say that

The point is these were so great BECAUSE of the cheap price. 300 quid second hand was great, and a lot of bass for the money. Having owned one for over a year, i just don't think they are worth much more than that.

Lets not get into a fender type arguement. As the SUBs are made in USA you would expect they would be better quality instruments, but as with fender the cheaper built SBMM may produce the odd gem.
