The bass with both necks is £910. You get a discount on the status neck by buying the whole lot. Clear? and im good for cakes -

I dont think id be satisfied with a 2eq, i find myself using the mid eq knob more than the other 2!

Firstly, they are nothing at all alike. I have owned both. The dha IMO is best for adding a low gain valve dirt tone to your bass, and it does it very, very well.

i think it is certainly not all in the title, at all. There are many, many, MANY different types of overdrive and distortion out there. What kind of tone are you after???

its the bass eq on the musicman that might be causing it, several effect iv owned in the past have distorted if iv had the bass boosted too much
