Im selling everything but my bass to raise money for myself, and so effects have to go too. If i could afford it i wouldnt sell a single one of these, as they all are superb. Way Huge Red Llama Clone Have to ask Umcoo about this one as i cant remember the details. Its a copy of the red llama pedal, which has been modded to let more bass thru. Brilliant pedal, gives a fantastic tube drive sound on low gain, and gets pretty insane when you crank it. Nice sparkly red paint job too. 9v power jack or battery. £40 shipped. Vesta fire OD Rare little gem of a japanese distortion that i found on ebay. Really, Really good little 80's pedal, with plenty of gain on tap and a very good eq. dont know much else about it really. Works great for bass, very gritty. WITHDRAWN pics will be put here if needed when im back in bristol, but for now you can see them all here: Cheers they'l be on ebay in a couple of weeks if no joy here.

Selling due to me not needing an amplifier and very much needing the cash. Long discontinued rather quirky bass amp. 10 inch speaker surrounded by clever woodwork that makes it sound easily loud enough for decent size gigs. Usual trace elliot gp7 eq gives the typical trace sound. Sounds brilliant, strong mids and quite a beasty low end which copes great with the low B. Tech Specs i cant find at the moment as its a pretty uncommon amp, but it has: 7 band eq tone preshape switch input gain ouput gain eq volume eq balance effects loop di out line out tuner out 2 speaker outputs (8ohm, one occupied by 10") Quite weighty for its size at about 30kg. Has the original trace elliot cover with it. Im not in bristol at the moment so i cant photograph it, but its pretty much mint condition bar a bit of miscolouring on the metal corners. I cant find a pic of it on the web, if anyone could help that would be dandy. Its the vinyl covered one with no tweeter. Pretty hard to come by these beasts, alot less common that their little brother the blx-80. However i know times are hard so il put it up at a very reasonable £160 collected from bristol. Shipping can be arranged if absolutly needed, but at your cost. Il try n get a picture up soon, but all i have for now is this: Back up for sale as im thinking of downgrading to the little swr combo that for sale, collection only really as i dont have a big enough box to put the amp in, Cheers. I will now ship, and itl be £180 Now £150 Collected

My Musicman Stingray For Sale on Ebay
Kev replied to Tone le Bone's topic in eBay - Weird and Wonderful
Is the pound coin included? -
Wizard pickups get great reviews from people on here so i'd check them out. However there's many to choose from, and i'm sure the many people on here who have swapped pickups out will be able to assist better than I
Last time I sent money as a gift (UK-UK approx 2 weeks ago) it wasn't free? It gave me the option of paying the charges myself or passing that cost on to the recipient. This was only for £15 as well.
never been given that option before, unless people buying stuff off me are paying paypal charges for me and not telling me, which i doubt although my last sale was more than 2 weeks ago...

i notice apc havnt got a negative, i dont know why coz i swear i gave one anyways.. -1 for apc. They sold insurance up to £1000 for a bass i posted months ago, but i later found out they didnt cover instruments, and so if the bass would have got damaged, despite paying the insurance, i would have got fek all

is it the right time to ask that newbies shouldnt be aloud to post threads in the for sales forums yet??? or are the mods still gunna insist its up to the buyer to have the sense not to go into a dodgy deal, despite the person ripped off this time being a long standing member?

if you want phase and filter then you need to check out the pigtronix ep-1 nice review, have to say its never been a pedal that has appealed to me, as i always thought it was a guitar pedal that wouldnt work well on bass
I just won this thing on ebay for £381.99 and now i think it's a fake - its a pre Ernie Ball logo - but the brigde is post ernie ball - the pup is definately wrong!! I've just contacted the seller to confirm the bass is genuine - and i want some better pix before I part with any cash!! I also asked for the serial number...lets see what happens!!.?? Shonks
glad you'v found this thread mate, i can confirm from pictures alone it is most certainly a fake, and by the looks o things absolutly no part of it is genuine stingray. the only thing that we cant tell at the moment is whether or not there is a real musicman preamp in there, but lets be honest, there wont be. Don't pay and report to ebay if he gives you any problems Khide is my ebay name btw

f*** it il go, iv been playing for nearly 2.5 years... Fender Squier standard series 2006: bought brand new from a guitar shop in manchester. Didn't have a clue what i was looking for really, but i thought it was pretty so i bought it. Lasted me 2 months before i realised that it wasn't what i wanted. Sold it on ebay. Musicman SUB IV: bought this second hand off ebay. I adored it, it blew the squier out the water and it was so more suited to me. I learnt to play bass "properly" on this bass, and i did love it. This one lasted me about a year and a half i think. Sold it on basschat. Peavey Grind 6: decided to go crazy and try a 6 string, bought this off ebay. A lovely instrument, nicely balanced and a pretty playable neck, although i did realise with this bass that unfinished necks wern't for me. However i ended up playin this bass more than the SUB at the time because it worked better with effects which i was obsessed with back then. This one lasted me about a year, don't regret selling though. Sold it on basschat. Fender precision special w/aguilar preamp/emg's: Yup the contraversial p bass. First bass i bought off basschat. I always preffered the look of the bass to the sound. Nice bass, had a great punch to the sound, but i kinda went off the emg's. Lasted me about 5 months, sold on ebay. Westfield Jazz: Bought this off basschat to modify. Modded it with jap fender pups, a high mass bridge, some nice jazz style knobs and a beautiful neck off ebay. Really quite liked this bass, in fact the way it sounded was a key feature in me selling the fender, however i realised with this i just wasnt comfortable with jazz pickups. owned about 2 months. Sold on basschat. Hudson PBS 6 string: Loved this bass. The only one i regret selling. Brilliant 6 string, neck dived but was very light and very nice to play. Sounded superb. Really do quite miss it, but i sold it to fund my favourite bass iv ever owned, so i guess thats a good enough cause. Owned for about 4 months Sold on basschat. OLP stingray V: my first 5 string, owned very briefly for about a month. Wasnt a bad bass, but i didnt dig the sound, very cheap imitation of my old SUB. Sold on basschat. OLP stingray V w/Status neck: i bought this purely to modify my stingray V with the neck. It played nice as it was, but again the sound was very poor, and sounded horrible compared to my real stingray V. Took it apart straight away and modded my stingray. Had the OLP with the wooden stringray neck for a while but was never played so sold the body on ebay. Musicman Stingray V: The only bass i currently own. Love its little socks off. I liked it enough with the wooden neck, but once i got the graphite neck on, wow, made it the best bass iv ever played. No bass iv ever tried since has got close to matching how comfortable i am with this bass and its sound. Currently in financial trouble but thanks to parents lending me rent for january looks like il be able to afford to keep it after all . i will never sell this bass unless i face being evicted. bit much for 2.5 years? my bank agrees!
