2. the SUB 100%, but i dont like jazz's so im biased... however, my first bass was a squier jazz, it lasted me 2 months before i got the SUB, and that lasted me 14..... my 2 cents
3. i was thinkin of john easting my stingray, but id lose the pickup switch functionality iv been told, would there be any way round that??
4. what a wonderfully unique bass
5. im not sure about how large the difference is with these, but i know when i changed my 5 for £5 effect patch cables to george l's and cordials, there was a definate improvement in my tone
6. i grabbed a hondo p from the local cc, got it for fek all, took it home and realised it had a banana for a neck, brilliant... but amazingly i got cc to refund me!
7. theres a couple of ray owners on here that have nordstrands, obbm's ray 5 has one iirc

Muse Bass Sound

forget trying to nail his studio sound, its so complex its not worth trying, and i dont think some of his sounds are even possible live. If you wanna sound like he does live, however, then get prowling the net for a human gear animato, he uses that pedal pretty much exclusivly live now
11. i am, but i dont ever go on there, cannot stand the place, i tried to like it but i got an official warning for saying 'bloody' in a post, kinda finished any interest i had
12. fantastic looking bass, really really good copy, how does she sound?
13. im not able to get a pic at the moment, but if you look on the pic i posted in the first post, its the red sparkly pedal with 2 knobs ala red llama. Its still available, and has a very nice growly tone to it, and the bass comes through lovely, its particlarly good in low gain settings
14. if i wasnt selling everything other than my bass, the ep-1 would have been a keeper, times is ard aye? cheers mate
15. with the way things are at the minute, i don't think i am going to buy a thing from any shop unless i get it the moment i pay for it

AMT Slap Bass

tool bassist
18. another +1 for the ray with a graphite neck, i havnt played a modulus to compare against, but my stingray is the best instrument iv played, and it sounds pretty nifty to
19. behringer sold, pending usual vesta fire and red llama clone both still available
20. these fetch alot more on ebay, so if theres still no interest by next week ebay it shall go!
21. ep-1 sold, pending payment
22. Im selling everything but my bass to raise money for myself, and so effects have to go too. If i could afford it i wouldnt sell a single one of these, as they all are superb. Way Huge Red Llama Clone Have to ask Umcoo about this one as i cant remember the details. Its a copy of the red llama pedal, which has been modded to let more bass thru. Brilliant pedal, gives a fantastic tube drive sound on low gain, and gets pretty insane when you crank it. Nice sparkly red paint job too. 9v power jack or battery. £40 shipped. Vesta fire OD Rare little gem of a japanese distortion that i found on ebay. Really, Really good little 80's pedal, with plenty of gain on tap and a very good eq. dont know much else about it really. Works great for bass, very gritty. WITHDRAWN pics will be put here if needed when im back in bristol, but for now you can see them all here: Cheers they'l be on ebay in a couple of weeks if no joy here.
23. Selling due to me not needing an amplifier and very much needing the cash. Long discontinued rather quirky bass amp. 10 inch speaker surrounded by clever woodwork that makes it sound easily loud enough for decent size gigs. Usual trace elliot gp7 eq gives the typical trace sound. Sounds brilliant, strong mids and quite a beasty low end which copes great with the low B. Tech Specs i cant find at the moment as its a pretty uncommon amp, but it has: 7 band eq tone preshape switch input gain ouput gain eq volume eq balance effects loop di out line out tuner out 2 speaker outputs (8ohm, one occupied by 10") Quite weighty for its size at about 30kg. Has the original trace elliot cover with it. Im not in bristol at the moment so i cant photograph it, but its pretty much mint condition bar a bit of miscolouring on the metal corners. I cant find a pic of it on the web, if anyone could help that would be dandy. Its the vinyl covered one with no tweeter. Pretty hard to come by these beasts, alot less common that their little brother the blx-80. However i know times are hard so il put it up at a very reasonable £160 collected from bristol. Shipping can be arranged if absolutly needed, but at your cost. Il try n get a picture up soon, but all i have for now is this: Back up for sale as im thinking of downgrading to the little swr combo that for sale, collection only really as i dont have a big enough box to put the amp in, Cheers. I will now ship, and itl be £180 Now £150 Collected
