    depends how much i sell the bass with wooden neck for. i should add that the original wooden neck has the original musicman tuners/string tree, whilst the status neck is fitted with unknown tuners/string tree, as i bought it

    good question really, id guess any 4 or 5 string will be considered, but worth no more than around £300

    You all know the bass. Rare 2001 sparkly 'blue dawn' stingray 5, a discontinued and sought after finish, which has been modded with the addition of a status-graphite neck. As iv said in several places on here, the difference is massive, it totally transformed the bass into probably the best i have played or heard. The neck is beautiful to play, and the added growl and punch is awesome. Sounds to me how a stingray should sound The bass is in great condition, very little surface scratching, and only 2 dings worth mentioning on the top horn, not visible from front or even back. Apart from the odd small scratch the neck is mint. Comes with the original case and strung with few month old elixer's, and il include a strap and battery. I still have the maple/rosewood wooden neck for those who refuse to accept carbon is better:P That neck is also mint condition. Prices: Stingray with status neck: [s]£850[/s] now £800 including shipping Stingray with original neck: [s]£800[/s] now £750 including shipping Stingray with both necks: [s]£950[/s] now £910 including shipping Pickup would be best really, i would adjust the prices accordingly.     i love that his description pretty much says his 30th anniversary is so much better than it he would never use the sub ever, but yet he tries to say it in a way that makes the sub look good by saying there is no difference between the two?? yup if i had two identical basses and one was worth 3-4 times the other, id obviously keep the expensive one... ah dear

I downgraded from the civil war to the black to get a bit of cash, and really regretted it. It was also very light and small in comparison which suprised me

And for people saying he will pay back the delivery charge? you must be joking,and i hope him failing to pay the shipping charge will open the eyes of some people on here. However of course if he does turn up with the £200 or so, then il happily withdraw that comment, but it will not change the undying fact that he is a thief.

Simple advice to keep sellers safe? if its an expensive bass, get in the car or on a train and collect it, you should never buy a £1000+ bass wthout trying wherever possible anyways IMO

    now the bass is out of the pricks hands, now its alright for me to say exactly what i feel?? Ban him from this site, and never let the little sly c*** return. The prick was trapped by Rob and us on the forum, and thus made some pathetic sob story, which in fact didnt make any sense whatsoever, if it was tormenting him that much, why didnt he just send it?? Its not like he sold it twice....or did he?? If he was in debt, what difference would keeping the bass do if he had already been paid the money? Is there someone else without a warwick out there?? He is scum, and if it was me, much as i appreciate the vigilante work, i woulda had the book thrown at him. I have alot of respect for Reuel being so okay about it all, i know i would not have been the same. But yeah, Ban him, and recommend that warwick forums do the same.

Avoid the black, keep n eye out for the green, or better still look for a zoom ultra fuzz, not got the low end of the civil war or even the green, but still very muffy.

    Okay, if we are talking a minimum post count of 200 before they are allowed to enter the forum, then yeah okay thats better. But no minimum count would be such a bad idea, you'll get dealers and more spammer problems and it would just ruin basschat
