1. i think its a fair point to raise, why did jake sell it?? this guy doesnt get on with fives as he said. It certainly a great looking bass!
2. ask them to do a bass solo on your bass, they dont have the first clue
3. Okay, if we are talking a minimum post count of 200 before they are allowed to enter the forum, then yeah okay thats better. But no minimum count would be such a bad idea, you'll get dealers and more spammer problems and it would just ruin basschat
4.
The counter doesn't start working until it hits around ten or so. Cheers Mark
nothing to do with it. The amount of views a thread has is only refreshed every hour or so, so it will read no views until an hour has passed.
5. can i just ask why your after a 70's jazz?? i mean what do you want it to give you that the jap jazz doesnt already?? Just a friendly question
6. clench
7. its down to gripping too hard i think, one of the reasons i avoid using one, i just naturally grip and play hard, thus it being painful!
8. im almost tempted to sell my stingray and downgrade to this, just question myself whether i need such an expensive bass, although i would miss it.... hmm
9. personally i think this site is already a bit too much of a 'free-bay', i dont think anything not music related should be sold on here to be honest
10. oof, i wouldnt mind a carbon fibre pickguard for my stingray 5, let me know with a price as soon as you can
11. worrys me how naive some ebayers are, thats easily the worst bit of relicing i have ever seen, without doubt im sure this is a squier or at most a mim, shocking
12. basschat withdrawel record??
13.
Jeeezus... Bitching at each other. One bad post does not have to leave a bad taste everywhere else. + The fact....you neveeer know baby. You just never know. Newbies turning up and all that. Garry
i have to say, i did not understand any part of that post
14. hang on...did he say that the most expensive ritter bass is $250000?? you'v got to be kidding me
15. way hayyyyy nice one mate
16. welcome to the forum Is it a precision or a jazz?? Seems a good price, post up pics mate!
17. mate, if youv not tried a bass juice, id recommend you reconsider. I found it to be a really poor, VERY overpriced pedal which in many ways sounded like a behringer copy of the boss odb-3.... go figure the gremlin looks tasty though!
18.
Hi guys, I want to get my Warwick Protube serviced as I want it in tip top shape for when I start to gig and perhaps tour with my band. A major complaint I have with this amp is that the tube channel EQ switches are so delicate and I need them either replaced or have a new push pull system incorperated into the head for added durability as all but one have snapped off and now the tube channel keeps flickering on and off. Any Ideas where to get it serviced? How much do they charge to have the whole thing looked at? Im based in Brighton Thanks
delete post fail
19. just to say on interparcel, two of your -1's are because of damage in transit. Correct me if im wrong, but that has nothing to do with interparcel as they have done nothing wrong, it is the courier they use that have f***ed up. i think interparcel should only be rated on customer service and collections really

Pedal Suggestions
This is always been a contentious issue for me. I have tried several pedals on and off but, to date, I have never found one that makes the bass sound better than a bass straight through an amp. Different, yes, but not better.
reckon you should be posting in this section then?? no matter what bass you have, it wont sound synthy whatsoever without an effects processor modulating the sound i think some of those pedals combined with a wet dry blender could really help your cause, as then you'l get a load of clean bass through with a dash of synthy goodness have you any sound samples/links of the kinda sound you want??
21. gunna have to experiment matey, totally dependant on the output of your bass
22. i like it alot shame about the sterling type neck, but i love the pickup options
23. i think im thinking of cosmo blue hair colour..... :$
not really.
explain the differences?? as far as im aware, the 'signal chain' in an amp head is preamp > effects loop > poweramp correct me if im wrong
25. yeah its down to personal preference really
