iv just noticed something rather amazing, since i fitted the bass neck to my stingray about 3 weeks ago ish, iv not had to tune it....at all, its completly kept in tune! crazy, why does anyone bother with wooden necks??
mate post a price in the thread rather than just by pm's, your really limiting interest. i know your keeping your options open and hoping for an offer higher than the price you have in mind, but thats exactly what alot of people wanting to make offers are afraid of
how much are you selling the groove 5 for....
perfectly fair enough mate, we all have GAS! although u sure u wanna sell the 8x8 rig? man id love to hear my bass through that
wow this is a suprise!! bloody fantastic bass, had a little jam with it a short while ago, now its all setup it plays and sounds fantastic! i think id buy it for that nifty input jack location alone cant beat black hardware on a body and neck like that, beautiful. Waghorn are top quality too so expect the best considering how much time and effort has been spent on this that is a great price
Looks great - if I hadn't just shelled out on some new amplification and a Status neck - I'd be in the market for this.
So have a bump.
welcome to the statii-stingray club when you expecting delivery?
Picked up this beauty today at the same time as dropping my old S2 into the factory to get the preamp rewired. Thanks again Rich (greyparrot)!
It's a 2008 S2-Classic 5-er in satin cocobolo with spalted maple board (you can't see the join between the maple & graphite - Truly stunning!)
my god im jealous!
Celinder probably do the best one, but despite what people have said to me when iv said this before, i just cannot imagine whatsover that they would be worth all that money. end of the day, its a p bass!
