1. iv had no contact from the guy since the auction end...
2. lovely basses, but i have to question how on earth you got £35 for a parcelforce 48 service? it costs £14.99 for a typical bass!

Russian Muff

there are no russian big muffs made anymore so i imagine that coullld drive prices up, but the black big muffs are pretty meh anyways, get a green one

if its the latest black one then its not a great price, i certainly wouldnt pay any more for one, some places sold them for £35 new id also agree that you wont get a gritty tone from it unless you blend
5. yeah i know that if it was graphite it would have been a steal, but tbf a passive status shark bass sold on here for the same price recently, and since this is active with two pickups and led markers, i think its worth the money i paid.
6. you tried just doing downstrokes with a pic? im rubbish to, and i cant alternate pick for sh*t, but downstrokes should be easy enough
7. easy to avoid, just raise the pickup slightly on the d/g side or lower the pickup on the e/a side, its fine for me
8. ummm turn the treble up? maybe a enhancer of some sort? i dont think theres any specific pedal, what did that electro harmonic knockout pedal do again?
9. thanks, i wasnt sure as iv not heard of or seen many status energy basses, does it look okay in the pics? i notice that in every other energy iv seen the little square at the neck pocket is black, but on this one its wood? is this because its a wooden neck?
10. surely, this being a wal bass, its £2k+?
11. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=230276989689 £204....a good deal?? looks like it has a wooden neck, with active electronics n red led's, total spare of the moment thing i saw it in the last 20 seconds n decided to bid right decision?
12. i personally think that the stock stingray pickup is better than any of the drop ins iv heard the only none exposed pole piece pickup i can think of is the bart, which apparantly dont have the stingray growl
13. a 2eq stingray sold for £750 last week on the forum, so there is hope
14. string spacing is 16mm if iirc pics can be found here: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...p;hl=bassmankev
15. i love it, best colour a warwick can be
16. will probably take cash on this now, i really don't need it
17. isnt 78 pre ernie ball? if so, thats why its expensive
18. bump, maybe back for sale (i 'as an odd 'ankerin for rob's Warlock) £200, let me know if theres any interest
19. may i be so bold as to ask how much that set you back?
20. but to say its an ernie ball bass is against ebay policy, it is an ernie ball licensed bass, the bass was not made by ernie ball. i dont see why anyone would choose an olp to try n con someone...
21. why do you not think it is a great copy?? i quite like the finish on the body, n the neck looks like its nicely lacquered, okay the action looks sky high but a good set up will probably sort that out
22. why on earth is anyone going to fall for that! if your gunna try n con someone you dont photograph the bloody headstock
