1. nah thats never 46", is it??
2. i quite like it, but it certainly aint no jaydee imo
3. you would probably need a new nut, as the strings would be too thick for the notches, or you could just carfully file them to make the notches larger. other than that it would work fine.
4. not really my thing, but how does it sound?
5. dont bother with mim fenders, you can get much better basses for the same cash, in fact you might wanna look at the vintage modified squier jazz, fantastic necks on those things! maybe a geddy lee jazz? you can get a musicman SUB second hand, maybe even a stingray if you watch ebay carefully, if your into my kinda sound theres also a active status shark bass on here for £350, or at least there was, that would be a brillaint bass for you to start out on again
6. if someone wants to buy it off me for 30, go ahead!!
7. what happened to the p part?
8. the clean boost is not what is says it is at all, clean distinctly changes your tone at high volume, no good for me.
9.
I cant wait for the chunk systems synth i feel it may be the end of the deep impact
not unless that price comes down
10.
Sorry to hear that Mr Fudge! Yes it IS just your opinion! That's a slightly different point. There are a lot of pedals out there that sound better than some multi-effects. However, there are probably just as many that would be put to shame by the likes of TC electronic, line 6 etc. I think the reason you like single pedals more is because they're easier to set-up and tweak. I don't see how it has anything to do with sound quality - some are good, some are bad, you can't possibly justify such a sweeping statement. It's like saying "the Ampeg VST plug-in was modelled on the real thing so of course it's going to sound worse". Some of the richest bands out there use multi effects for a reason. Muse for example.
+1
11. what kinda of sound are you after?
12. officially the cheapest price iv ever seen for a stingray 5. mate unless you REALLY need the money, dont sell for this price

loop question

i dont know how it would work though. im perfectly capable of making my own loop pedal, but iv no idea how i would do it so id be able to swap the order of the loops. i dont really want any electronics involved, but i think there would need to be...oh i dont know

loop question

okay is there such a thing as a double loop pedal in which you can change which loop goes first by a switch or something? e.g Bass > loop 1 > loop 2 > amp flick switch Bass > Loop 2 > Loop 1 > amp if so, what? can it be done? because it really would be quite useful, as there are some pedals i like before and after others for different uses.
20. welcome! do yourself a favour, take plenty of caffeine before entering the off topic forum...
