1. dude, it could be twice as good as the deep impact, and it still wouldnt be worth that price
2. nobody in their right mind would pay that much for one, unless they are a complete gear geek who wants the new pedal or someone with more money than sense i mean £525, thats a new bass, or a new amp, or TWO deep impacts!
3. £529 thats is just stupid!
4. godlyke are selling for $625, so with customs and shipping thatl be over £400, and as far as i know there is no distributor in the uk for it as of yet
5. hell, maybe we could just trade necks
6. it probably will be a great pedal, its just pricing it at £400 makes it more expensive than a deep impact, or indeed anything else like it. i cant see many people taking the plunge and buying one. imo they should have released a very limited number for say £200 to get the pedal out there and reviewed, and then rise the price accordingly.
7. arnt there already threads on this? im tired of commenting how expensive it is
8. ah didnt realise the neck was +vat, guess it adds up then. might get saving, it would just look amazing with the blue dawn, might as go all the way with blue side LED's , and im sure it would sound great too! save save save everyone's statii are looking great btw, outtoplayjazz yours particualrly are stunning!
9. lovely 'ray youv got there
10. the neck is £275 alone right? they charge £150 to fit it?! f*** me
11. dude weigh yourself on some scales, and then weigh yourself again holding the bass simple maths, hey presto
12. how much would it cost to get one of those necks bought and fitted to my ray?? iv been thinking about it since i got it, bet it plays fantastic
13. heres my bargain status, not in the same league as your lot's basses but (my camera is sh*te in bad light) Here it is in better light with my stingray

Stingray 5

i think id go for chrome knobs as well you big puff
21. i walked into reverb last week whilst staff were engaging in a bit of football with what looked like a pack of strap locks...
22. id go for reverb with plenty of modes, a phaser which has plenty of options to make it sound chorusy and what not, and delay
23.
Anyone fancy a Yamaha Nathan East BBII 5 string Bass finished in stunning white. Looking for £800 which i think is a fair price. E-mail me if you wish more info and photos. I am basd in the UK. Bass comes with hard case. Holiday to pay for so rushed sale haha
i don't understand what confusion there was tbh, he was asking for £800, not even offers around, just a straight up price of £800 unless iv missed something?
24. in my hugggggggge 2 years of playing i have owned: Fender Squier standard jazz bass: nice enough bass, cant remember much of it, only took me 2 months to reaslise i wanted something active Musicman SUB 4: i LOVED this bass, i basically learned using it, had it for about 18 months, looked dynamite with black on black and rosewood neck Peavey Grind 6: my first 6 strings, thought id give it a go! great bass for the money, sold it last week to fund another bass. OLP MM3: i owned this very briefly, nice enough bass, sounded okay but just felt a bit cheap, stingray's shouldnt be passive 'Contreversial' Fender customised PJ bass: yep you know the one... aggy preamp with emg's, looked fantastic, but i think i always preffered the way it looked to the way it sounded, still a great bass. Hudson PBS 6: FANTASTIC active string bass. i LOVE it so much, and im probably going to buy the 5 string version again when i have the cash. brilliant bass to play, very light and the spalt maple is fantastic! gutted i had to sell it for funds. Westfield Jazz Bass: My first project, bough it to mod the hell out of it! i replaced the neck, pickups, bridge and knobs, and added a pickup cover, it sounded and looked great! but againnnn passive jazzes i dont think are for me Musicman Stingray 5 'Blue Dawn': My baby, easily the best bass out of the lot, the finish is just gorgeous, and it sounds superb combined with my dave hall pedal and a bit of zoom reverb, superb, will take something very special to make me sell this! Status-Graphite Energy 4: my latest acquisition, bit of a bargain from ebay, needs a bit of a service on the electronics, but other than that its a lovely bass, very comfortable and nice to play, and the LED's just top off the look! thats quite alot for 2 years, isnt it........
