    Big Muff Problem!

fair enough, i think i can imagine what the problem sounds like i think. solution: get a decent muff
  2. i somehow managed to get a deep impact and a zvex fuzz probe from US, and got charged no customs on either of them, but yet when i bought a boss pedal from over there, i did get charged... all a game of luck

    Big Muff Problem!

iv not used a little big muff, so maybe this is a problem, but i use a stingray with my old skool sovtek muff, works fine at full volume and nearly full gain, surely the stingray with slight bass boost is a hotter signal as any?

    Big Muff Problem!

that aint right, there should never be a volme drop using a muff, the thing is stupidly loud
  6. what a disgusting looking instrument anythin over 7 strings is just daft for a bass, just isnt needed imo at all, sound samples that iv heard from such instruments just dont sound anythin like 'bass' to me

    What Pedal...

i think the best thing you could buy in US to save money would certainly be a bass, but i guess thats impractical. pickle pie's appear quite common over here, and arnt cheaper in the us as far as i know, so that would be a waste. i dunno really, maybe just search online for umit and give her instructions? nothing in particular springs to mind

    Big Muff Problem!

im not sre abot wireless or anything like that, but i can assure you big muffs works fine with active or passive basses, in fact i find they work better with actives (and i also have a musicman), but that might just be my preference

lol must be a hell of a mod then, my stock sounded god awful if you tried to turn the gain up, and even at top gain id call it a bit under a mid gain overdrive, certinly at best at low gain but id like to try a humphreys one now
