it sounds like steve hillage !!!!! i half expected the toothy noodler himself to start singing about fish, or ley lines. it's not a bad version in as much any re-doing of 'tomorrow never knows' is worthwhile...it's a popular cover, but imho always a bit like doing phillip glass on solo kazoo. -
there's a venue in islington that i've played at with a few bands i've been in, and it's so close by tube that if i play there now, i soundcheck and pop home for tea, then go back and play the gig. very civilised.

just my penneth-worth... the only controls i use on my ampeg svp are the low boost and treble knob, which i turn down slightly. and viola...that's my sound.

hi folks, this is the start of my clear-out....i'm kicking off with three pedals prices include p&p, bank transfer or paypal or meet in central london [s]Boss GE-7B - made in japan - excellent condition. no box or instructions, but will pack well. comes free with velcro on the bottom £35.[/s] EHX Soul Preacher compressor - again excellent condition, with box and full paperwork. maybe not 100% ideal for bass, but good for guitar. £35 . [s]DHA preamp pedal - really like this pedal, but now i'm drifting back into active basses rather than passive it's not getting the use it deserves. £40.[/s]

bought BB's status t-bass, and he's a treat to deal with - a pleasure to deal with and i've never seen a better-packed bass.
