The way that Wilko feels about Mick Green's playing and influence is exactly the way all the guys in my band feel about Wilko! We were honoured to have supported him on the Oil City Confidential tour in 2010 and will be sharing the stage with him on Friday at Holmfirth. My hopes are that it will be a great gig and that Wilko can stay well and pain free for as long as possible.

    Thanks for that Peter, I have owned several American and British valve amps over the years and as I said in my first post this was a keeper as it sounds wonderful. I had my name put on the front, but these can be ordered and replaced to your spec easily from Matamp.

    I bought this rig with a view to keeping it until my playing days were over, for my R&B band, but my back problems persist so it is now up for sale. Purchased new from Matamp in June 2010, it is in brand new, immaculate unused condition. It has only been gigged twice and included in the sale are the Roqsolid covers with padded front and pockets. The amp is black with gold fittings and the 212 VB 4 ohm 500 watt unported cab has a lloyd loom front and contains celestion drivers. The cab weighs 30.3kg or 66.8lbs, 55(21.5) x 36(14.2) x 70(27.5) and is beautifully constructed. The amp weighs 26.5kg or 58lbs. Collection from Preston Lancs, or motorway meet up can be arranged, not looking for trades thanks.
