Hi Bob We met at the ACG bash, I have the Rebelhead 450 and two Berg AE112's and it took me a little while to get used to the eq I must admit. I am not exactly a technical player myself and I stuck with it, but don't be afraid to make radical adjustments to experiment until you get the right sound. Also give your ears enough time to adjust, I went through this process after using a Hybrid amp for many years. I am now well pleased with my rig and wouldn't swap. Good luck Cameron

I can recommend the Bury Met very highly, Fantastic venue .....good sound man, really friendly staff and a great crowd to boot. This was our first proper headlining gig; it's a new project for us and we sold 200 tickets in advance plus people who paid on the door, thanks to well organised publicity from the venue, a fantastic result. Thanks must go to our support act....the unique acoustic guitarist Tom Doughty, who was very impressive. I know at least a couple of Basschatters were there, thanks guys for your support. Cameron

You won't be disappointed chaps, if you are Feelgood fans. I was fortunate enough to go to a preview in October last year at the Corner House cinema in Manchester and really enjoyed it. The sound quality was very impressive, and it was a treat to see the original line up in full swing. Cameron

Thanks to Alan, Dave and Peter for organising a great bass fest. We really enjoyed the whole thing, from the beer and curry, B&B and the theatre venue which was just right. The Myrtle hollow bodied ACG fretless was superb, congratulations Alan on building that one. Bob's Roscoe, Joe's Sadowsky and Peter's Spector were particularly impressive too. Nice to meet a great bunch of guys as well. Cameron

Firstly Al I hope you have a great holiday, and I'm sure you will find a more suitable band when you get back. I don't want to labour the point BUT, you know my opinion of this particular band. Over confidence is something that makes them presume that they can get away without putting the necessary time in. I know that you are VERY meticulous in your own standards of rehearsal, performance and sound and are way too conscientious for them. You know I had a similar experience with a like minded friend of theirs, and had to reluctantly abort a dep gig recently. Nil Desperandum old chap, kick em into touch and move on, put it down to experience. Hope it works out for you mate. Cameron
