1.
The one on my 78 is that dark burgundy colour too.
Glad you said that as I was wondering if it was indeed genuine. Orange whip?? ....4 orange whips.......John Candy what a legend!
2. I'll do you a nice deal for you Rick ;-) Thanks for the advice
3. How much should I ask then?
4. Ive got one of these in my bits box. Way things are it seems it's valuable. The only provenance I have is pics of me playing the bass. It's not the usual black colour but a very dark burgundy. Worth selling?? What would you folks do?? Cheers Col

9. I thank you Shaggy. This is a remarkably good bass. The vintage tone filter is exactly as you said. Takes you from Glassy to Thump. My Eden rig is going for a song too!!!!!
10. Make me an offer folks, incoming kit makes sale essential
11. Bargain top quality rig Make me an offer
12. I saw this with Bigbassbob and was half tempted. I'm impressed with what you've done, it's certainly put the bass into the Entwistle Fenderbird realm visually. I'm going to have to hear it at some point. Da iawn Shaggy, it looks the mutts nuts amigo. Col
13. I just love bass guitars. I love the look, the feel, the sounds and overall vibe. I consider myself very fortunate to have my little brace and I love a trade every now n then. It's one of my main hobbies, I don't drink much, smoke or gamble. It's my little avenue of pleasure. They earn their keep too, can't ask for more can you? I managed perfectly well with one bass in leaner times, as long as I kept on top of maintenance and carried spare strings my old Fender J would work for centuries. Just a lovely pastime. Love guitars too but the Bass wins out
14. Wedding gig and they were a very nice bunch of folks. Nice to see the band out do the DJ again, it's just great seeing their faces when it happens. They just can't seem to work it out. First outing for the new Vigier Passion, still not used to it so was fiddling about witIh the knobs a bit too much to fully enjoy te experience. She most certainly is a class act though. The Zoot played superbly, seriously considering keeping, so smooth..... All topped of with wedding gig pay packet. All in all a decent night Ooh and a hog roast in the deal.......fatboy today
15. Horrid time when pets pass on. Commiserations. Just be sure your trading down because it's essential. It's easy to do but hard to recover from if in 6 weeks you begin regretting the move. Money comes and goes, basses don't. Of course you need an MIA! They are bloody lovely. Good luck anyway Col
16. Not really looking for trades as my new rig is incoming. I'd possibly consider a trade for a bass of the same value. Let me know what you think
17. Weekend is here Bump so i'll do a price drop to £700 for both. I can't see how this could be more of a bargain without giving it away..... The last one on the 'bay went for £850 just for the combo.......grab it quick before I have to go to Evilbay
18. Weekend is here, gig tonight, couldn't be a better day to sell my Zoot bass
