2.
You are absolutely right about spending time with the drums and mic placement, it can't be that hard...
It can be People have dedicated their entire lives to mic placements and selection but a little knowledge and experience goes a long way
3.
Using Google Chrome I can't comment on Facebook or view pictures and the format of the page os ker-azy.
Chrome and FB is fine everywhere I've seen it. I'm starting to think there's an underlying issue with your computer which is just being displayed differently through different browsers.
4. I should be able to tell from a screenshot
5. These are bloody brilliant basses! One of my favourites!
6. I should be getting my win8 machine today so Ill see what happens. Im still curious as to which ie it is though as win8 theres 2 different types. One of which I can see being far more likely to have issues
7. ish I'm coming more from the point of why would someone pick one over the other more than anything. Although I would definitely agree to the ACG feeling modern
8. Out of interest how does it compare to your ACG?

11. The Katana is a beast of a bass, I tried one at the bass gallery. It's actually much nicer in person, it's just not particularly photo friendly
12. Nah, it's not for me unfortunately. Just watched the vid and found it very twangy and to be honest a little annoying. That's just me though

14. I used to get on well with these while I was at uni : http://www.dv247.com/headphones/beyerdynamic-dt-100-studio-headphones-grey-16-ohm--5013 I think it's the 16 Ohm ones you need... I get confused
15. No worries, just looking to expand the toolset somewhat. Although I love the protools way of working I am finding the plugins a little lacking in comparison to what you get with logic when it comes to total functionality. I would absolutely kill for a good EQ with real time frequency analysis instead of having to use a freq analyser seperately
16. I'll see if either of these will run with ProTools. Although... I can't help but think part of the the process is mastering and people should be able to use whatever tools are available to them to make the mix sound as good as it can. It could help show up what mastering tools sound better in certain situations etc
17. Chrome doesn't work with facebook I use it everyday... Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing please
18. How many church organs have you heard being played that have less than 5 notes being played at a time
19. Doesn't garageband have an option to bounce to MP3 or something then?
20. Audacity can compress the files and you can do basic editing in it too. And it's FREE! Also REAPER
21. Any suggestions of plug ins to get for Pro-Tools? I'm considering the T-Racks 3 Singles although I need to listen a bit more. Or is it worth saving for a while and getting one of the cheaper waves suites? (Silver perhaps?)
22.
Yes, you'll just have to wait a couple of hours to sell your bass on this amazing free resource. You could always use Ebay you know
