1. For some reason it reminded me of some kind of magic rather than want to break free.
2. Might have a bash through your berg rig at the bash to induce some GAS if that's alright
3. Ah on a quick search it seems that jitter might go the other way...
4. I think you can use jitter for stuff like that too
5. Something like this? http://www.dv247.com/pa-systems-and-live-sound/qtx-qr12pa-portable-pa-system--84349
6. I'll forgive you 51mon, just send the ae410 over my way so that I can remove the temptation for you
thanks , that is really useful info gaffbass, just what I needed to know about its performance in that type o setting, cheers, the orange tiny terror sounds more suitable is there anything similar to that at a cheaper price
Well there's always the orange tiny terror... at a cheaper price http://basschat.co.uk/topic/186729-orange-500w-terror-fs-l325-ehx-valves-lurk-inside/page__p__1812201__hl__terror__fromsearch__1#entry1812201
8.
I just think people who visit a bar where there is a singer with backing tapes should leave but, before doing so, tell the staff that that is why you are going. The deal will then be, do more people stay to watch or do more people go to find something better? Persoanlly, I woudl never watch anyone singing to backing tapes. I am better than that, even if they aren't. {ducks for cover]
What about a band with pre-programmed drums and synths, running from ableton live With Midi triggered vocal effects With Midi triggered guitar effects and channel switching
9. 12 tracks aswell... We've practically knocked out an album in less that a month
10. Cheers, I'll make him read through them
11. I've been looking for stuff like that for him. You couldn't link anything could you? I'm struggling to find stuff and generally not having much luck
12. WHAT?! Christ I would have picked this up as a backup at this price (plus you can run two in series for more power )
13. Votings now up still need to listen to the latest entries! Although I'll probably relisten to the lot.
14. Get voting peoples! Here's the picture again! 15.
Ok, finished! Finally… or more like 'abandoned' as most of my mixes end up. http://soundcloud.co...ingale-basschat I kinda went 'off piste' with this and did something very different to my usual drum 'n' bass / dubstep / angry electronic stuff. Used a bunch of natural field recordings for the various water and wildlife noises (sourced under creative commons license from www.freesound.org). Also sampled a few toy instruments from Skol Jnr's collection! The very minimal bassline is all mine (I'm a poor player so kept it simple). As are the vocals - in fact this is the first time I've ever recorded myself singing. It could also be the last I've really enjoyed this process and thanks to Charic for setting it up!
That's really different and I found myself really enjoying it. The mix sounds really good on my monitors too I particularly liked the panning and the fly sound right near the beginning actually seemed to pop out a bit
16.
http://soundcloud.co...htly-rattled-bc Here it is, got away from me a bit this one did. Not too bad, even my banjo hating wife quite likes it.
Nice work The banjo stuff is great and the bassline worked great
17. Yep, now he just has to find/fund a cab to go with it Although I have a feeling this is going to be a bit overpowered too
18. Good to hear it gets a seal of approval, not gonna be quiet though!
19. And after all this... he goes and buys a Hughes and Kettner Switchblade
20. Sounds good, just listening to this is my god. The string clacking is strangely annoying me in this band though, where it really suits Iron Maiden. Mind you, who am I to criticise. Guys a legend!
21. Nice! I'll be grabbing a Lanyard and Black BC tshirt
22. Currently some combo that we think is from the 70s or 80s I think its called pro audio. Can't find it anywhere on the net lol. I think currently its a case of either / or could work.
23. Companies that current interest off of the top of my head: Shuker Esh Line6 [s]TC Electronic[/s] Matamp Sandberg How about a large scale effects companies like Boss?
