1. Nice one putting it on general discussion :-P Now available for the whole world to see Good luck!
 2. Yeah, Cambridge is great too. Even when they're really busy they make time for you :-)
 3.
Whiteboard - Cool, will make sure my mate knows about that Tuner in the wall - Sounds like a great idea. The powered desks might end up being racked in some way, so it could sit along with that Hangers - no way, if someone's pride and joy drops out of one by accident, it'll be on the studio's head, not worth the risk, if a stand is that important, you can get a small one and pop it in yer gig bag, I always take a stand to rehearsals... Cheers, Eude
I agree with the hangers being an issue but what about one of the large stands you can get for multiple instruments. One per room, too big to get knicked and very useful for a small outlay
 4. I just wish the 6 string bongos came in more colours
 5. Still looking forward to that Alan especially if you can keep all existing sounds and just add more to be available
 6.
Excellent video! Sums up pretty much all the possibilities of the preamp.
Wana bet I've got bloody coil switching too. I still get confused occasionally
 7. How your face lit up when that knock on the door came
 8. I SAID...
You'll regret it
9.
maybe many of them are experienced bass players who just don't get on with TC gear
I think he was referring to the lack of volume.
 10. I think you should go JPJ instead, more is more
 11. Interesting! I think the first one LOOKS nicer though
 12. Still love mine I just want the tweetertone from the 750, hence my ad!
 13.
I'm having a guitar/bass hybrid built by Alan at AC Guitars. It was going to be a 8 string fanned fret Charlie hunter style guitar, but difficulties with hardware (******* ABM) is prompting a possible change in direction to a single scale length 8 string. That will also prompt a change in electronics to a single pickup system rather than the split one we were envisaging.
Look forward to hearing about this
 14.
Depending on the date of course, I will be there! Dave
I'd quite like to have another go on a Vigier and I've never had a go on a Roscoe yet
 15. I've always enjoyed playing Blurs basslines. However maybe on the show (I didn't catch it last night) he was very sloppy? A great bassline is great, a great bassline played bad isn't
 16.
Very unlikely that my new outfit will be ready for this, but id like to come along and happy to bring gear like last time! Plus they sell beer and chips, which is awesome.
Looks likely to be a different venue this time mate, I shall enquire about food but they do have a bar where I am looking at. Just waiting for the organiser to get back from holiday Any idea of what gear you're likely to bring?
 17.
I should add that ive had 5 Laklands, and played around 10 altogether and all were spot on.
Fixed my post for clarity
 18.
And who, i wonder started that thread
So the conclusion is Laklands are great if you don't mind the possibility of the strings or pickups not lining up MM20, have you considered going into reviewing bass gear?
 19. My mistake! I just remembered it was Lakland pickup alignment here!
 20. [sharedmedia=core:attachments:34313] You guys bored of this yet?
