1. I agree on cambs only problem could be parking. I'll make some phonecalls once I get a chance
2. Busy time eh? I'll ask around although some idea of budget would be ideal.
3. Could you pm me a guide to prices if I was to down this route? I just realised I have 2 designs that would fit this.method perfect
4. I doubt they would fall over by themselves. Im just worried about the cable taking a serious tug or it getting knocked into. Im a paranoid person mind
5. Thats an interesting idea I still kinda like the idea of having an actual custom grill (metal) though. This way I can use metallic paints etc and get brighter colours (I would've thought so anyway!)
6.
I'll stick with staring at the curves on JTUK's avatar!
+1!
7. I can ask around about venues once I get 'over this hill' at work
8. I'm really playing with the idea of customising my cab. Getting a new grill for the front and then spray painting it (and keeping the old grill off to one side). Anyone got any idea where I could get hold of one? If you have done this, what have you done? I'm loving the idea of doing this
9. I have to admit that the corvette inspired my ACG when I was picking woods. Does it sound like a warwick? Nope Do I care? Nope Can I make it sound like a warwick? If I had a warwick and my acg side by side I reckon I could get atleast close Those basses always have been great.
10. I'll be completely self serving and point you at my line6 lowdown 300pro here Providing weight isn't an issue then it is definately versatile enough for covers. To be honest though theres plenty in that price range (especially second hand). Have fun searching, I'd suggest atleast 300watts and it being versatile though to make sure you can keep up with venue sizes and different style songs.
11. Okie doke, Riddle me this Having got the first rs210 (will be getting the rh450 in the near future) I've found that it is a little wobbly on end. Now I suspect two of these would be even MORE unstable... How do YOU combat this? (eventually ill have 2 x 210 ) GAS GAS GAS
12. That colour is really popular arc Tue moment. Almost exactly the same as the dingwall in the porn section
13. I shall watch this eagerly!
14. Sounds like you're decision was well made. However... check out the marketplace here see how long your money stretches then
15. Needs to go in the amps for sale thread mate. And welcome
16. Help a guy fund his gas? Go on... take a punt
17. Thanks for the cab. Was brilliant to sit and have a chat (and play a multitude of gas inducing basses). Hopefully you will be able to sell this great sounding very soon. Seriously great guy to deal with guys. Do NOT hesitate
18.
I quite like how it looks in a weird way. But I wouldn't buy it.
Thats like saying 'fek you're gorgeous but I'll keep it in my pants thanks'
19. HD means high definition: this applies to audio as much as visual surely?
20. Thanks for the advice guys. I've dropped the price to 250 as advised. Fingers crossed now! I'm honestly shocked these don't get a lot more recognition. If it weren't for me living on the fourth floor there.would be no way I would be moving this on. Thanks again
