1. NS10s are my favourite monitors by quite a stretch. This is including the likes of genelec and other high ends. Only thing you would have to cinsider then would be the PA. Im not sure how far away you are but i doubt canterbury is particularly close. I would have happily brought over my monitors for you too try. However if any travelling brings me over that way ill let you know.
2. Tell him to stop being a pansy and Mic up the amp like a real sound engineer

Tune TWB43

Nice looking bass! Didn't myung use to play a tune bass at one point?
4. I went through that stage. Got home after a couple and picked up my bass with the lights off and sat noodling for 3 hours.. Im hooked again! I find if im uninspired then sitting back in the pitch black and a bass/amp inspires me quite well
5. Generally quite different price points between the rc and line6 though.
6. They've been out a while I use the 300pro. Honestly with the 750 I think they need to rethink their price point.
7. Mine lasts around 6 months and even then I only changed it because the sound was a little fuzzy. Mines not the 18v and I went through a.spell of not.playing tbh.
8.
Please don't take this the wrong way, I find it interesting what you say about the vocals and would point out 2 things, first is that they were recorded live, in the room, on the mics you can see in the vid, i.e SM58 and SM57. So that takes a little of the separation facility away... onto a mix point, the mix engineer was Al Stone best known for his work with Jamiroquai I wonder if that would make any difference to your view had you known that first? As I say, I don't want that to come across as arrogant (and can see how it might sound that way, not meant at all) I just find it interesting that you would pick up on those points. As for the arrangement I guess thats just subjective, but thanks for the overall kind words
No offence taken at all mate. Knowing it was Al Stone makes no difference though, its all personal opinion. Like I say once the whole band get going it sounds great in the mix, its just at the beginning it doesn't sit right with me. Im very subjective when it comes to mixes lol. I hadn't considered the lack of seperation if I'm honest but at the beginning I cannot see that being that much of an issue. As I say in no way bad, I would have just tried it a different way, maybe he did and preferred it this way. Who knows eh?
9. Really like the shape of that. Good luck with the sale
10. I actually really like the song! Well outside of my usual musical genres aswell. Very well done indeed. Theres something about the beginning though (guitar and vox only) that makes me very uncomfortable. It feels a little bit rushed to me (i think), it fits well in the context of the song as a whole (and probably would as part of an album too) but IMHO theres just SOMETHING thats making my ears prick up and think "I wouldn't have done it that way". I think I maybe would have mixed the vocals a little bit different at the beginning, just slightly less reverb and a very slight touch of delay then into the mix as it is. All IMO ofcourse and overall I really like the song. Nice one

15.
Has anybody had LEDs put in a neck by these guys? http://www.auroraproject.co.uk/
After buying a backlit pbass scratchplate from em I wouldnt touch em with a bargepole. They were shocked there wasnt room for a battery in a std pbass body...
16. Ah right fair enough. Doodstock? I like it!
17. I was assuming electronics/pickup and bridge to be part of the body in ref to this question.
18. All sounds good guys. Im up for helping organise if you guys like but Im probably not the fella to lead this. Do we need to sort some kind of commitee?
19. If money was no option at this moment in time I would seriously consider a dingwall custom build but really it comes down to what you want/need at a particular moment in time. Shuker/gb/acg would be well up there too. Aswell as conklin. Honestly money no option would probably Lead to me getting the lot!
20. I'm a keyboard player first then bass player. Although I tend to play melody on keyboard. I have managed both at once which is something I'd like to pursue.
21. How about an ACG pre-amp in there
