1. Last chance for entries is tomorrow night
2.
I have no problem with the charges for selling things ( why would I ? I don't want to sell anything ) but I have been aware a lot of resentment , bad feeling and tension on here lately . It is all my fault , as I'm sure a lot of you will have noticed . That is because I have been sent here by Talkbass to destroy you .
Shut up you, they'll uncover us all... Ped... no... I was just joking.... please not the pit ... not again.... please.... aaaaaaaaaargh..... they gave fumps back the kazoo!
3. If you do need to upgrade then hang in there for PT11 to be about to released then get PT10. You'll get a free upgrade to 11
4. I always thought volume pedals were the simplest of things, what problems does this one specifically solve? Genuinely curious
5. Carry on! At a gig in one song, our drums cut out (we use programmed drums), guitar cut out (there's only one) and when it did come back on his looper didn't work and we STILL carried on. When the drums came back I was still in time so I was happy. Punters seemed none the wiser too (probably helped that they didn't know the songs).
6. There's a couple of guitar amp sims on there that weren't too bad when used with guitar back when I had one
7.
Will this thread be deleted soon? ;-)
Hopefully not, afaik as long as it stays "factual" then we (BC) is ok. It's when we jump to conclusions that we have to tread carefully
8. I managed to get my MIM fender before the price hikes quite a while back, 60th Anniversary Model (brand new at £350). Immediately swapped out the pickups and bridge for 1/4lbs and BAII. Been a good solid bass to me for many years. I've just recently started playing it more often so it's now in Sheffield with Mr Shuker getting a custom neck made for it. Once the necks on it, it'll still have worked out cheaper than a new MIA
9. Maybe they've had a few problems with getting the supply?
10. Just waiting for my new computer to arrive so I can finally set down midi without the best part of half a seconds delay. Should hopefully be here in the next week
11. You're struggling to use the black one when in dim light situations
12. If you know both tempos and exactly where the change should be then theres no reason the click track cant change
13. I quite like the feel of this although the vocals get a little lost at somepoint and 1:30 doesn't sit right with me but maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. Overall, I like it
14. Weird.. I can't see one in your effects list
15. A tube compressor might get you close, but I could be wrong
16.
Try to control this with your feet....
Yoga my friend
17.
Sounds good, though the vocals on the Pre-release release(?) sound a bit muddy in the mix? Cerberus Cell is more riffy than me, and probably a bit more accessible
We still haven't got around to finalising the album hence a series of pre-releases Yeah the mix needs a little tweaking. I'm hoping I can get my mitts on it at somepoint to bring a little more clarity to it
18. I'll have to check that out a bit later Probably my favourite song I've played on that's recorded and online is autumn leaves. Follow the link for cerberus cell below and have a listen if you fancy
