I have a pair of black Schaller strap lock buttons only that I would like to swap for a pair of Dunlop Straplok buttons only in nickel.
PM me if you would like to swap.

It was £575 while there was a bass I wanted to buy available, but now that's gone it's back for trade only
-
OBBM, that name again - OBBM
-
Nah, you don't want a Jazz, you want this!
-
No - I think it's unfair to suggest that if somebody has a feedback score of zero, then they're automatically dodgy as everybody has to start somewhere. As I was planning on going to look at it before I handed over any cash, I didn't think it was an issue and was prepared to come home empty handed. I daresay other people would be prepared to do the same.
-
He's also ended it, rather than it being removed, so I suspect that some poor bugger has made him an offer outside ebay.
-
If I could shift my LC30-II I would be interested in this.
-
This is an old pre lawsuit guitar - from the front it looks quite convincing but the bolt on neck would have made me laugh had I not been so angry
-
Feck - just found the bloody thing in the house.
-
From his reaction when I told him it was bullshit, I think he knows exactly what he's got. He's relisted it and added the photo with the crap authentication letter.
-
I wouldn't normally post something like this, particularly as it's a guitar, but anyway.
This LP - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=330381576449 - is not a genuine Gibson. The guy is trying to pass it off as such and has produced the hookey letter of authentication (which I believe Gibson didn't do in 1971) to try and substantiate his claim that it's real. I know this because I went to look at it and nearly lost me rag because the guy had messed me around so much that it being a fake was the final straw. I think it's an Antoria or a CSL that's had a gold Gibson logo screenprinted onto it - it has a bolt-on neck with a made in Japan neck plate. If that doesn't give it away!!
Anyway, I've reported it to ebay, but they've not removed it yet. If you're tempted (and you would be because a proper one of that age is worth £2.5 - £3k), don't bother. -
Still available - here's a list of things I would be interested in trading it for.
Jap Strat
Jap Tele with or without a Bigsby
Peerless Tonemaster or Gretsch Historic Series (The pre-Fender Korean ones) with a Bigsby
[s]5 string bass (in conjuction with my USA Fender P)[/s]
[s]Gibson SG/LP Special[/s] sorted
Actually, I'd probably consider another SG or LP Special - and why not!!
er
that's it -
Thank you sir. Unfortunately as I've missed out on the Sandberg 5, I'm putting this back to trade only for now. Looking for trades for a trad looking (P or J or MM) style 5 string, including an MM Sub 5.
Ta -
Still for sale
-
Eh? Nah mate, car's been parked outside Asda's all week - me feet are killing me
-
Likewise if anybody has a 5 that I may be interested in, that would be interested in BD's S1 Jazz, maybe we could arrange some kind of three way deal.
-
No - too confusing as I'm still learning the songs and I'd rather have a 5 for ease of use I think
-
I thought the pickup in a Precision was a humbucker?
-
Along with my USA Precision, I am offering my Laney LC30-II guitar amp. Last year I bought a Celestion G12H to replace the crap HH Invader, put a set of JJ preamp valves and a set of Edicron "JJ" output tubes, an OBBM speaker cable and had it serviced. I then went and got a Mesa Express 5:50
It's been my backup amp since May but I've used it two or three times and don't see that I will as I have access to other amps if I do need a backup. Secondhand they seem to go for about the £250 mark with the crap speaker - I would be looking for £300 [s]or happy to combine this with my USA Precision in the for sale thread for the right 5 string.[/s] I'd also consider trades for a Jap Strat or a Tele with a Bigsby. As well as this I have recently discovered the Peerless Tonemaster - I'd be willing to take one in p/ex with a bit of cash.
Cheers -
On ebay for a price sufficient to cover the fees! I will of course end the auction for the price specified in this thread for BCers that are intersted.

Cranberries, Aston Villa Leisure Centre - 19965/6. One or the other.

Thank you sir

Dunno, makes a farting noise when you play through it.
