Fender Road Worn 50's Precision Bass - Sunburst 2015/6 £795 Posted!!! SOLD!!! I'm having a proper clear out of most of my basses because I want to get down to just two gigging basses, I've sold quite a few recently and this is another that has got to go. It comes from a smoke and pet free home, and has not been gigged, so it's in great "roadworn" condition. If you can get over to Bridgnorth in Shropshire, you are welcome to try it out for yourself. The original Fender padded bag and all the case candy is included in the sale.

Sola-Sound Tonebender Fuzz Pedal 1975!!! £495 Posted SOLD!!! This pedal is dated 30th October 1975 and is in extremely good condition for a pedal that is 43 years old, far better than most of the examples you will see on eBay and vintage sites. I purchased this pedal from Macari's in London in 1975 and it has never been gigged, in fact I have hardly ever used it because I am a bass player (allegedly), not a guitarist. There are a few sound clips on YouTube of these pedals which will take you back to what fuzz is supposed to sounds like.

Ouch! Seriously though, I've always included my location since 2010, but like most members, it disappeared when the site was upgraded and I keep telling myself I will have to re-add it, sadly being an old git, my memory is not what it used to be, but I will actually do it now before I forget. Now what was it I was going to do?

Your probably right, and I don't mind which method they choose, but I think it's something that would enhance the site.

The 'Leave Feedback" which is ringed, is a suggestion that I knocked up a little while ago, I just think that if every member is given a feedback link, it would just make it easier.
-
Exactly, or in the box that pop's up when you hover over their name, like in the example I uploaded

The pic is something I knocked up as a example of what I think would make it easier for leaving feedback. I have sold and purchased probably in excess of fifty items on BassChat over the years, if I search "the brig" in Feedback, nothing comes up, I managed to find one feedback thread for myself by going through page after page, and when I did find a feedback thread for myself, there are only four posts in it. Now I'm not too bothered about feedback for myself, but I do like to leave feedback for others and I just wish there was an easier way of doing it. The new site is great, I just think that it's a pity it hasn't been made easier to leave feedback.

Sorry if I am being a complete numpty, but I have to admit that despite being a member since 2010, I'm still not sure how to leave feedback. Do we have to go into feedback and then search for the member's name, if so, wouldn't it be better to have a "leave feedback option" when clicking the member's profile such as this?

1 x Fender USA Jazz/Precision Machine Head (Brand New) 2008 - 2012 NOW £15 Posted!!! I purchased this tuner a couple of week’s ago for my Fender American Standard 4-string bass, but it is the wrong one, this for a Fender American Standard 5-string bass (Fender Part No: 007-5115-000). I purchased it from America at a cost of well over £40 with the duty and taxes. It is brand new and only taken out of the bag for pics.

Fender American Standard Precision Bass - Sunburst 2008 £795 Posted!!! SOLD!!! I'm having a proper clear out of most of my basses because I want to get down to just two gigging basses, I've sold quite a few recently and this is another that has got to go, I think I might regret it because this is one of the best American Standards I have ever played, everyone who has tried it agrees that this is a beauty to play. It comes from a smoke and pet free home, it has been gigged and shows some signs of wear but nothing more the a few small dings that haven't chipped the paint. The neck is virtually "as new" and "unplayed" because I have used a jazz neck on it from the day I purchased it, I have now just put the original P neck back on for the sale. If you can get over to Bridgnorth in Shropshire, you are welcome to try it out for yourself. The original Fender hard case and all the case candy is included in the sale.

IBANEZ SR500 £125 Posted!!! SOLD!!! This is an Ibanez SR500 that has been stripped and resprayed (not professionally) by the previous owner, but it looks ok and everything works fine, I purchased it a couple of year’s ago as bass that I can take to open mics and jams without worrying too much about it, but I no longer need it so thought I would sell it on to someone who might get some use out of it. The neck has also been rubbed down including the headstock, and the tuners have been replaced with brand new Warwick tuners. All the electronics work fine, it has active circuitry (battery included), and has Bartolini Mk 1 pickups. It is a powerful sounding bass and has a variety of tones to cover most genres, it still sounds like a SR500 As stated, this have been stripped and resprayed (not professionally) by the previous owner, so it’s not perfect, but everything works as it should, and would make a great bass to mess around on at jams and open mics, etc.

Big BladeMan 4 is £135 + £5 p&p Total £140 in Bass Direct, I make that £68 cheaper -
That's what I had more or less resigned myself to do, but I think a fellow BC'er has come to my rescue with two matching tuners.

I didn't break them, I happened to come across one of the best Jazz replacement necks ever, so I decided to spend time working out a template so I could drill the holes to accept the locking pins so I could fit the neck to my American Standard P bass using the original tuners, now I've decided to fit that neck to a "home built" p bass which I'm really happy with, so I'm now thinking of selling my American Standard P bass on so I have to put the tuners back on to do so, I've got a matching drop D tuner and I found one replacement tuner, so I now need two more tuners to fit to my favourite neck. Bit complicated I know
