Hey guys, Let me start with a picture first as it always says more than i ever could.... Bought this superb bass from Sifi2112 september last year, only selling as i've just picked up my new Dingwall Afterburner (as seen in the pics) last week and i've just put money down on two Aguilar GS112 cabs..... and while i would really love two Dingwalls there are more important things my bass rig currently needs! The bass has had a setup since i have bought it and is strung with a brand new set of Dingwall strings, no buzz on the neck, a nice medium low action and a fantastic sound and playing experience, only tiny blemishes in the finish, no rash or chips. Its a superb way to get in to Dingwall basses / fanned frets and like myself you may find yourself completely hooked, this being my third Dingwall and all! The price of £650 is for pickup only (same deal i got from Si which involved a long and dark drive to Leeds) I live in Newcastle / Gosforth just 2 minutes off the A1 for people driving, and i can meet anyone in the centre of newcastle for people taking trains. This bass can come with a hardcase for £700. If you want this posted then price of delivery is set at £710 for a hardcase and postage. I can take any photos you require, neck, action, bridge etc Thanks in advance. Please pop any questions on a PM or below.

Bought a Dingwall Afterburner I from Mick recently, a very trusting and genuine guy, sent the bass all the way from Ireland without a deposit, great communication throughout and i'm thoroughly chuffed with my new bass. Thanks again Mick. 100% recommended.

Boxed and completely as new Aguilar Filter Twin, got this in a trade along with an Aguilar Tone Hammer, and while i love the Tone Hammer, the filter twin has less of a place in my current rig due to the style of music my band are playing, an Aguilar compressor would be ideal and much more suited to my board. If any one is looking to make the swap do let me know and we can do one!? It must be an Aguilar pedal. Not interested in trading for any other brand. If someone really just wants to buy this pedal out right i'll be looking to recoup £100 posted which will be put towards the comp. Not really going to budge on this as the pedal is fantastic to use when jamming along with Stevie Wonder and Jamiroquai tunes and don't really need to sell it. If photos would really help sway you please let me know i have my Nikon waiting to shoot. Spiel and a couple of vid links below, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aw5LZf2RqCw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQSYbPQj_Ao "The Filter Twin[sup]®[/sup] uses two identical filters sweeping in opposite directions - one up in frequency, one down in frequency - to give classic 70's-inspired funk sounds or completely new and original filter tones. Two filters sweeping at the same time give you a more organic, vocal quality and allow you to get expressive new sounds that you can't get from other pedals. The Filter Twin[sup]®[/sup] offers unique filter effects via an intuitive four-knob layout. The blend control allows you to adjust the mix between the filters. The threshold control determines how sensitive the unit is to different playing styles. The velocity controls determine the speed of each filter.

Quick bump for title change to attract some more interest. And to say all PM's (all 4 of them ) have now been answered. In case any one else is wondering i haven't removed the scratch guard to see how the pickup wires are channelled but i can imagine it will have a top face routered channel rather than internal.

SOLD Warwick Streamer Stage II 5 String
spacecowboy replied to spacecowboy's topic in Basses For Sale
Hi Two questions: 1. Many Warwicks I've been interested in seem to have odd neck problems, most commonly a section between about the fifth fret and the nut where there is too much relief (i.e. that bit of the neck is bent forwards). How straight is the neck on this, especially in the lower regions? 2. Any idea what it weighs? I'm too old and crumbly to go prancing about with 12lb basses round my neck... Cheers! Dave
Hi Dave my apologies in reply, the neck is perfectly straight of my numerous Warwicks i haven't experienced the problem you described, worst thing i have had is a Stage II 4 string with a sharp 2nd fret. This one has no buzz anywhere on the neck and a superbly balanced B string range. As for the weight i really don't know more than a jazz and less than a thumb! but in all seriousness it isn't a heavy bass and it isn't a featherweight, are you able to get a hold of any model of streamer to test the weight? its no more than the LX and Jazzman's i owned
Wow. I've known Ben to be the ultimate Warwick aficionado for years - this is going to be a good one! If I could buy a Warwick from anyone it would be him! Good luck with the sale. I'm loving my 5string Streamer!
Thanks Mike, as always the gentleman!
Hello What's the string distance at the bridge? In the pictures it seems more than the usual 18mm..... thank you. Regards
Hi There, its a standard string spacing, no custom broadnecks here, i have included a couple of shots to show the bridge and nut better. -
Hey Spacecowboy! - These lil fellas are actually triple band compressors and thus have better control over their signal than the dual band counterparts
Ah nice one Dood, I never even twigged! I'll get the advert updated! Cheers!
