Thanks, Valere[/quote] www.interparcel.com Type in the weight and dimensions of the bass, pick a day for them to pick it up, and they do all the work. I have sent about 10 Guitars and Basses this way, all with no problems, if you print off your own shipping labels a bass will cost about £10 to ship next day with UPS. I'd definitely recommend it.

Andrew Levy lays some serious grooves down, but be prepared for terrible lyrics and general radio friendly cheesy ness.

I have enjoyed the opposite side of the coin at one gig where someone spoke to my band after a gig and said; "Theres one good thing about your band.... your bass player" However of course most of the time i'm ignored and not really comprehended by the average punter in the mix, worst of all is a sound guy who doesn't appreciate bass and thinks playing 4 open notes as a sound check is adaquete enough....

Mine also has the original EMG's but they're very worn, this bass has been played to death. PS: It was my very good friend Dom who bought your '90 Bartolini Humbucker Streamer from you! He's a happy chap! Is this where his money went?!

Hey guys, Just thought i'd let you all see *an excuse to show off* my new *very old* Warwick Streamer Bass from 1984 stamped Number 196. Of interest for all you Warwick geeks out there, it features the Spector Style headstock without the Stuart Spector Licensing as it came before Warwick had to state Spector Licensing agreements. I found this bass for sale over on the Warwick Forum and couldn't resist investing in it *don't worry it gets played every day this is certainly not going to become a museum piece!* The seller provided me with the original fitted case from an even older Streamer dating back to god knows when, stamped with number 22. Like my other 1988' Stage II this bass is just incredible in feel, sound, and look. The body comprises of Cherry Wings, and a multi laminate Wenge and Cherry/Maple neck and Ebony Fingerboard, original bridge, schaller tuners and brass nut, the Mwah on this bass is just fantastic and the bite and drive has to be heard to be believed. I'm Very happy with with it as you can tell and thought i would pop some images of the bass along with my other old Streamer on here as i'm sure some of you guys will appreciate it. Enjoy! Man, its such a shame people like "Trevthebass" have to do things like this, it does show the strength of this community though.

It's completely a tale of two basses. Alot of people may recommend the Stingray based on their experience, others will recommend the Warwick's, having owned both a 5 String Double Buck and a 5 String Stingray i can promote and demote them both from different perspectives, i will ask you though have you been able to sit down with both basses and have you road tested them accordingly? if so which one worked out best for you? Both basses have strong individual merits, but i will say that i no longer own either bass as neither really worked for me in the long run, in truth no Warwick or Musicman has stayed with me long except my two vintage Wicks which are a whole different story altogether, however if this is all about opinion and constructive recommendations then i can only suggest you play them both at any given opportunity even if you have to get on a train or travel to try them *the train fare or petrol will no doubt be less than the money you'll lose on a sale if you don't like it* and compare them against one another on a like for like basis.

That Bass looks seriously fantastic, i love that colour/guard combo and the neck is amazing, congrats mate!

What i don't understand is the whole Fender Vintage thing, its almost expected that if you buy a Fender Bass say from the 70's its perfectly acceptable for the bass to be beaten to hell, scratched, paintless, dinged, dented and call it Mojo'd *lame*, yet i have a 24 and 26 Year old set of Warwick Streamers in pretty much perfect condition and i am absolutely certain that i will maintain their appearance and overall quality for at least the next 10 years keeping them almost mint for my own collection or potential re sale value. I can't understand it when someone spends alot of money on a bass just to mistreat it, a cheap Japanese £60er sure, but anything over a couple of hundred quid? surely its in your interest to look after it?

They are quite expensive, even my second hand one was about £45, I use a Ritter Double Gig bag which is fantastic and i thoroughly recommend them, but be prepared to pay for one.

Alreet Spuggy! I'm a massive massive Oceansize fan! loved them since hearing Catalyst ageeees ago! Did you buy Feed to Feed? if any of the 5000 are still available you have to grab one the set is incredible!
