  1. Yep spot on. Its one of my fav rock bands from the late 70's era but never managed to see them. I've seen John Sloman with Uriah Heep and Paul Chapman with UFO. Did actually meet John Sloman and he was a real gem of a guy. Your turn again Trevor
  2. Very appropriate at the moment Arjen Lucassen - The Social Recluse.
  3. Enjoyed that. He's down to earth and brilliant at these kind of short demo clips. Dave
  4. Saw them during their I Can See Your House from Here tour. Saw them support Bowie on Glass Spider tour at Sunderland football ground mid 80's when Peter Frampton was playing guitar with backing band. Big Country were so energetic and powerful i was totally blown away by them live.
  5. Nope saw them in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall mid 90's with the amazing Paul Carrack on vocals and Tim Renwick on guitar.
  6. Saw him Special Forces tour 82 in Glasgow Apollo
  7. Saw them at Perth Harley Davidson bike rally albiet only for 1st 2 songs as way too loud it was painful. They emtied the venue apart from first 2-3 rows in between the PA speakers. Listened to the rest of their show from foyer.
  8. Saw them as Yeggles but still YES and i thoroughly enjoyed them
  9. Saw them in my local venue way back at their start. Fish was quite a pleasant big fella and the band all top blokes if i remember right

  15. Gonna go with Capercaillie
  16. I use one of these in the rehearsal studios and they are superb. Lots of tone variation and loud thru an Ampeg 810. I liked it so much i bought the 750 Reidmar as a back up to my Mesa head altho its a class D version. GLWTS Dave
  17. Try some of this guy. I find it very atmospheric. Bassist Evripides Evripidou.
