customer service, Graph Tech, one in a million!!
leonshelley01 replied to adledman's topic in General Discussion
Had a problem finding bridge pins for my fender acoustic bass after snapping a couple, emailed Fender UK asking how much for replacements and they just asked for my address to send some for free! So maybe good customer service is more widespread than we would assume! -

I would really like to try the 4 string set, as I currently use EXL165s but would like to try some alternative gauges and construction methods, so these would appear to fit the bill! -

Same as! I bought a jazz bass with my first wage packet after being unemployed for a while and ever since it has been the bass I always pick up. I've even bought more jazz basses to try to replicate it, same replacement bridges, pickups etc but they just don't feel or sound the same!

Got my copy in Whsmiths yesterday, congrats on a good article! -
My faves to play are Schism by Tool, Limelight by Rush and Hallowed be thy Name by Iron Maiden. I often play them rather than proper practice!

That's the method I picked from a guitar maintenance book as well. Works a treat!

My arctic white P and J basses have both yellowed over time and I think look even better!
