I had one before. It's a beautiful bass. If only it wasn't that heavy it would be still with me now. Congrats!
For the last 20 + years I have covered everything you've listed with just one of my fretted 5 string basses. IMO anything else does not come under the heading "need".
This, in all seriousness. I've recently got my 5 string US Lakland and that killed my GAS and "needs". It covers everything I need except for a fretless which I don't currently have the need for. So I suppose a 5 stringer will suffice for most if not all circumstances.

Don't forget you need rosewood and maple versions of each basses that you decide on.

Band leadership - Democracy or dictatorship?
MikanHannille replied to Bradwell's topic in General Discussion
Personally, I don't work well with the 'dictatorship' method. In the band I play in, all our decisions are taking as a majority rule. I left a band a few years ago due to the singer (and majority songwriter) starting to inflate his ego to epic proportions and decided it wasn't for me. Playing in my band is a hobby to me, one I take seriously granted, but I already have a boss at work, I don't need one to answer to in my free time.
This. -
I own a 2009 classic 70's MIM jazz. Plays like a dream. For sale at the moment as I don't play much fours these days. Shame to move it on but it doesn't get the playing it deserves. As a Lakland player, of course I would suggest a Lakland 55-02. Very versatile pickup config. Also G&L's. But as they said, try as many as you can.
