I've got a selection. Ownhammer, 3 Sigma and some others. For bass and for guitar. If you were too loud then it sounds like you didn't rehearse with them at gig volume to tweak them? Each of them can be adjusted for volume without changing amp or patch volume. The main problem I have with IRs is option paralysis. Thousands of files on the Ownhammer ones and auditioning them takes a long time and ears get tired quickly. So I tend to stick with a few favourites. I don't think they are actually better than the stock cabs, but the stock cabs have more options and can take a bit longer to dial in. But it's pointless trying to dial them in at home. Got to be at gig volume and in the mix.

It’s fine. Can be a bit wobbly if the mic stand isn’t a solid one, but it’s sturdy enough. i used mine after hernia surgery while I was recovering.

Entirely normal. 1 pickup is a single coil and noisy. both in together makes a Humbucker. Nothing wrong with it.

Bass > Splitter box into 2 paths. Path 1: Over drive, modulation, synths etc - amp 1 Path 2: Compression and octaves. - amp 2 Eq each amp to suit it's role. Path 1, roll off some lows. Path 2, roll off the highs. It works very well. I ran a split dual amp system like that for years. Now I do the same in my Helix.

Definitely need to put some stickers on the knobs. Can't see the indents at all. First half of rehearsal yesterday was crap - Until I noticed that I had severely scooped out the mids with the Semi-Para. I had been leaving that alone and just using the regular EQ. Regular settings were for a cut at 40hz, little boost at 250hz, then a little scoop in the mids, neutral upper mids and knock back the treble, I suspect the kids had been knob twiddling a bit - the para had scooped 16db out at about 600hz ish and when the trombones kicked in I couldn't hear me at all. It was excellent when I sorted it out. But those knobs need an upgrade. Wasn't even dodgy lighting - just a room with strip lights.

Repeatable is not always a good thing. Turn up to the same venue you might think you want exactly the same settings. But if on the 2nd visit your strings are now old and there's another 50 people in the room sucking up reflections then you need different settings. That being said I do want to try one.

Just need to change the silly EQ names and it will look great.

I can't see it on the Customisation page. Just has other tolex and baffle colours. Shouldn't be a paid for option though - it's got to be cheaper than the tolex.

With a bit of luck they've fixed that then. I want them to do well because they had the balls to take an enormous risk in entering into such a niche manufacturing industry.

It's just making me frustrated!!
