Depends. Sometimes that's all I need. Sometimes I need lots of FX. Depends on the set list. But generally I'll always take a compressor. They are just too useful in fixing room problems. And obviously a tuner. People who show up to shows without a tuner have a special place in hell reserved for them.

2 friends have it and have both bought it. I've not heard it yet. 1 of them also has Helix Native (which does have the B7K model in it) and is still buying it. I'm going to try it myself at the weekend.

A lot of the direct replacements for EBMM basses are quite lower powered - relying on the Preamp in the bass to get proper volume. I know the Delano one has plenty of output when used passive, and I think the Nordstrand does too, but I'm not aware of any cheap ones.

Freq response is 70hz to 20khz I cut off the lows at about 75hz on my bass patches anyway so I think I could use this in the house for bass as well and cut down on the stuff in my lounge! Keep the Barefaced cabs in another room out of the way unless I'm going out to play. And best of all.... NO SMEGGING FAN!!!!!!
