I guess speaker manufacturers core business is fairly mundane stuff that they'll make a long run of. Eminence's deal with Barefaced must be for a minimum number of units, at least a few hundred. They probably don't want to make a load for themselves as they may sit around in stock for ages. Barefaced's deal probably includes a caveat that they will not supply this specification to anyone else during the term of the contract.

[/quote] They're very careful in the shop. Only the staff are allowed to take and return basses to their hangers, plus they're always wiped down with a cloth once you've finished dribbling on them.
