1.
No. No, you haven't.
I'm calling John Hall
2.
I knew I'd see something somewhere: http://www.ebay.co.u...K%3AMEBIDX%3AIT http://www.fretlord....s_p/frtoptx.htm $20.00 +P&P
Aye. Trouble is the battery covers up Stuarts art-work.
3. Have we asked if it's an officially licenced product yet?
4.
Meatloaf though - clealy a glutton for cash and pies.
5. With the extra weight of the badge does the cab now tip forward when you pick it up? This may cause issues on stairs and confined spaces.
6. When others are making a buck not just playing songs, but using the whole image and likeness is is not right that there should be some kind of permission or licencing agreement?
7. Disease free wood can be sourced from the USA
8. I think they're rusty. They can be replaced with stainless steel ones.
9. I can't believe you don't remove the grill cloth for recording. Everyone knows the cloth gives woolly tone.
10. I was worried that you couldn't remove the grill cloth for recording. Now I'm worried this large triangular piece of wood is going to vibrate off the cab, especially with all the extra weight on. This could seriously affect your tone, have you fully thought this through?
11. No I'm worried. Is the triangle fixed to the cab? Does this mean you can't remove the grill cloth?
12. Is it just fixed to the cloth? Will the weight not pull it and crease it up?
13. The Billy Apple Signature Spector Forte 5 Helium.. Kiss my face
14. Yes, a bit ropey. I gave it about 20 seconds. What's the issue with the hat? After all, they don't get their knickers in a twist about all these guys wearing hats.. http://youtu.be/LTPiVKgGmP8
15. Another Satellite short scale here. It wasn't even mine, but on long-term borrow from my mate. Might not be much now, but in 1979 it was the mutts nuts.
16. Do they still make basses in the USA? Did Peavey make them themselves from scratch or were they made by someone else and badged-up?
17. Would they not go up the truss rod channel?
18. I've seen that. A battery is stuck on the headstock and the strip runs up the top of the neck.
19. Just wondering if anyone has had these fitted and what the results are like? Also, anyone know how they do it without removing the fret-board?
20. The Ian Hill Spector Euro and Mike Dirnt US Roadworn P are awesome machines. They both differ from standard, no silly sigs and can easily be enjoyed by non-fans.
21. Buy through the Basschat market place from a seller with a good feedback history and you'll not go wrong.

23. My Carlsboro Stingray was great. Did innumerable gigs over many years and never once let me down. All I ever got was favourable comments. Once I ran out of lead and it jerked off stage. It landed completely square on its top and never missed a beat! When I put it up against higher priced stuff it couldn't compete, but it was loud, clear and never muddy.
24. This instrument received a full professional setup (worth £45) with deep body cleansing, body polish and carnauba wax, neck deep clean, full electronics check, truss-rod and action and intonation adjustment Well, either that or I'll chuck it in a sack while rubbing my hands together, laughing loudly.
