1. What does your spiritual advisor say you should do?
 2. This would be a good start. http://basschat.co.uk/topic/245499-fsft-woodtronics-zoid-6-final-price-1000-l/page__pid__2785423#entry2785423 The price is very good, so if it wasn't for you, you should be able to sell it on at no loss.
 3. Great Stuff Dave. Storyline works well and the rooftop setting is great. Loving the amp LEDs too!
 4.
So if I'm Andy Summers playing on Every Breath etc I don't get a royalty - Sting gets that. So what pays my mortgage?
In terms of royalties, Yeah, that's right. It all boils down to what the agreed band split was. After that, whether or not Andy Summers wrote that guitar hook means nothing. You could argue that without without Sting, the others might never have made any money at all in the business.
 5.
I would feel a tit playing that lol
Yeah, I'd feel a right tit
 6.
If he doesn't pickup, don't fret about it
Always fancied a fretless bubinga 5
 7. In the past I've used the standard spray cans from Halfords. It went on ok and I got a nice finish. I didn't realise however that it takes ages to fully harden, so when I screwed on the hardware and scratchplate, there were a few squish marks (not really visible when hardware on) I'm actually going to sell the bass now, so have stripped it again to do a flawless refin. I've gone for the Nitrocellulose this time. It goes on quite nicely and dries extremely quickly. Cuts back nicely too. Im still going to give it a week before screwing on the bits this time.
 8.
It puts the lotion on it's skin.....
😂 PUT THE LOTION IN THE f***ing BASKET

 10. Just looking at this old thread. What an excruciating break 😲😢 and what an amazing repair!😃👍
 11.
Good video that mate! Like it
Cheers mate. We're loving it!
 12. I have two basses and each has a strap that rarely comes off
 13. I Want to be Adored - Stone Roses. I remember listening to the intro and as the verse kicked in, it just felt like I'd been familiar with, yet waiting for this music all my life (I was 14) Got Myself a Good Man - Pucco & the Latin Soul Brothers. A riproaring beginning of an ongoing journey into funky latin beats. Iambic 5 Poetry - Squarepusher. It was unlike anything I had heard before; glitchy yet organic, then bursts into beautiful melody like sunlight flooding into a dusty old room. The Invasion - Burning Spear. It's reggae perfection. Probably the most spiritual thing this atheist will ever experience. Schubert Impromptu D899 (can't remember the exact name). I normally gravitate towards rhythmic styles of music, but this solo piano piece is so fluid and dynamic, evoking strong emotions - a rare thing for me.
 14. Lure him out into the open by pretending to be interested in one of his basses for sale, then pounce when he responds
 15.
Great stuff there Chris, excellent promo for the band.
Cheers Kev ☺
 16.
Nice!!!!!

Nice one Mr Rock!

Hell yeah!

I enjoyed that!
Thanks a lot folks. We're really happy with the video
 17.
Sez it's private...
Sorry BJ, the video chap temporarily made it private whilst checking some stuff. It's working now
 18.
A 70's era/70's style Precision. Vintage white, black guard and maple board. The Matt Freeman Squier is probably the best bet, but I don't have room for another bass!
Keep an eye on the marketplace in about a fortnight
 19. The single 'Wannabe' came out ages ago, but we took ages to get the video done. Here it is, fresh onto the Tube http://youtu.be/Cq2A7M8XbU0
 20. Anyone listened to the new album? I'm loving it. The sleeve notes talk about each track being done in one take, and that this is now the peak of evolution of his bespoke software, but that's all beyond me - I just love the music. To top it off, the 'video' for the first single is a Virtual Reality App! You need special lenses (I just happened to have a pair from a Tool CD cover, but you can get Google Cardboard ones) and it's pretty damned impressive. You make your way through this crazy psychedelic world, and you can look ANY direction and it tracks your movements flawlessly. It gets pretty intense towards the end, so go easy on the drugs ;-) More about the app http://www.factmag.com/2015/05/13/squarepusher-stor-eiglas-virtual-reality-video/
 21. I've had a ruthless clearout of my CDs, resulting in this bucket of approx 100 which may be duplicates/ripped to computer/I never listen to them. Quite a variety: jazz, funk, reggae, dub, indie, rock, dance, latin. Bucket not included, but can put in a box or binbag or something. Collect from Nottingham. No postage and no cherry picking the stuff you like. All or nothing.
