I have a 24 fret Hohner and two 21 fret Fenders. I don't go up the dusty end much so it makes no difference to me

I find it hard to sleep after a gig as I am usually buzzing Not drinking means I can't wind down with a brew when I get home

I set my own up too. It really helps understand the bass. If you don't feel confident then get it checked by a pro and ask if you can watch

I too practice with headphones. Just a word of warning. Don't turn the volume up as you will damage your hearing.

I always like to try it before parting with cash. Nothing wrong with Squirers if thats your budget (I have one). As most have said, play a few and buy the one that suits

Her playing really inspires me. There was a thread last year that she got slated on Made me quite cross

Punk gave me hope that I could perform on stage It was a very good thing for me. I wanted to play the blues but lacked the ability so punk allowed me to play while learning
