I started playing bass last year as certain songs in our acoustic set needed more oomph! Nights in White Satin springs to mind....... I brought the fretless for that song I have now sold most of my guitars and I am taking bass lessons. Isn't life strange...........

When I have learned to play with a pick, I will let you know.........

I have 2 with a third on its way. I sold some guitars but will keep the 4 i have as a minimum. I gig when available but nothing regular :-)

They still do vinyl I haven't played a vinyl for years. I think I still have a record player somewhere lol Ok, I'll get my coat..... shuffles off in disgrace

I use the fretless for our acoustic stuff. I have also thought of getting an acoustic bass but it would be a fretless one if I did.

I answered yes. I don't own a 5 string but the only way my wife will let me get another bass is if it's different to the ones I have now! GASing for a 5............

I'd go with the Eurythmics type of thing. Good strong beat. Bit of distortion with background of keyboard. Pop Rock? Liked it anyway!
